There is an open field where you drop off the truck and drop the key in a drop box. Did not speak with anyone.

Bad customer service !! Truck n the trailer was raggedy . Then the gas hand was broke n they charge me 400 dollars for bring it 8 minutes away from the location I got it from , with the lady never told me I was suppose to bring it back to the location I got it from !!

Greetings Im contacting you to make a complaint. My rental experience ended in a bad way the dealer overcharged me for gas. Before returning the truck back to the original rental location I put fuel in the truck to the required limit. When I parked the car back into the parking lot I took a picture of the dash showing the current miles and the gas level. When I went back into the office I asked the lady does she want to see my picture and to verify everything before I leave she told me no. When I left the lot she calls me saying the gas is not at the correct limit. I sent her the picture I took and she told me my photo was incorrect. After going back and forth I told her I will contact corporate and she was very reluctant to give me her name. She eventually gave me her name which is Mary Jane which I do not know if that is her correct name. She made my Uhaul experience feel like I was getting scammed. I will never refer anyone there.

I had a 10:00am rental appointment and when I got to the location no one was there. The lady that runs the location never showed up and had to walk me thru the rental over the phone. I didn't get my truck till almost 11:00am and as a result I was late picking up and dropping off my items and I hade to pay a late fee at my drop off location. I am very disappointed and I will never use this location again. Very unprofessional!!!

Will not use this particular U-Haul dealer again. The person that handled our truck pickup did go over the after hour return policy so we didn't know anything about taking pictures of the truck ,the fuel gage and the odometer. The truck had 1/4 tank of fuel when we picked it up we put 29 miles on the truck. I put 5 gallons of fuel in it at the 2042 Fairburn Rd QT station the gage was on 1/4; we drove straight to 6344 Fairburn Rd the U-Haul dealer maybe a mile and a half away. Drop off time was 7:30pm Saturday April 1. We were informed today Monday April 3 1:30pm that we would be charged a Fuel Service fee of $30 plus $7.12 for two gallons of gas because the truck was below a !/4 of a tank. We have always used U-Haul when we needed a truck.. Not so sure anymore ! Bad experience !!

Don’t release a car with mechanical issues. Then charge the customer as if they neglected to uphold their end of the contract. Customer service process was THE worst. + Calling or chat feature equals same amount of hold time, but better than actually speaking to someone.

MaryJane was a complete sweetheart. She checked me in and got me out within minutes and was nice and professional every step of the process. The truck had plenty of gas and in great shape. I would recommend this location for sure.

No one except a man named Anthony and his friend, he did not inspect the truck, I was charged 9.83 cents for fuel and I left it exactly with the same amount I started with.

The check in process is in no way seamless especially for a repeat customer. Agent needs to be trained. I had to entered my photos 4 separate times. Definitely will look elsewhere.

The pick up location was dirty, cluttered, and unorganized. The equipment was not properly maintained. We had to call roadside assistance when our 26' truck broke down on the interstate at 4am. Ugh!

The truck was absolutely disgusting. If it wasn’t for the urgent situation, we wouldn’t have continued with the rental. We will never use U-Haul again. Then to have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee when it’s obvious that no cleaning was being done.

The location was super sketchy. The trucks were parked in a dirt lot with no building and you had to squeeze through a broken gate to get to the office next door that appeared to be an abandon building.

I was charged an extra day for being 15 minutes late although the gas stations were very crowded because of shortage of gas it took me 30 minutes to get gas also I’ve always remembered through the years of dealing with you all half an hour grace.. I would like a refund for the extra day!

Remove the self check in app feature its not user friendly at all. Even after the check in it didn't submit the code to get the guy which caused another 30-40 minute wait. STSaviour Auto Inc 6344 Fairburn Rd Douglasville Ga 30134 This pick up location is the worse I have ever experienced!!! They didn't attempt to help us get checked in left me at the location for over an hour after I expressed not being able to download the app. I was on hold with uhaul for over 45 minutes trying to get help to get checked and to get a code. They finally opened the location up and were so nonchalant about the experience of my daughter in law or I and the fact that we both were late for work because of their lack of professionalism at this location. They didn't so much as offer any resolution for the issues they caused us.

The only thing was we needed boxes, they didn't have any at that location, we would have had to go to another location to get them and we just didn't have time. Ended up stopping at home depot.

The original pick up location did not have the trailer I reserved. I was sent to a 2nd location and the guy said he didn’t do any paperwork. I went back to the original location but called the 800# on the way and finally found a location that had a trailer. This was a terrible waste of time. I drove 13 hours to get there and the process took more than two hours. The 3rd location on Fairburn road was great. Very friendly and helpful. I think I will just buy a trailer the next time I need on e rather than take a chance of going through this again

Location is trashy, not well kept at all. I’d be afraid to approach if I were alone. U-Haul was missing equipment. I ordered an appliance dolly which as not in the truck.

I was moved to multiple different locations after I was unable to pick up my truck. I lost over 1.5 hours and had to drive to 3 different places which completely messed up my move.

This place was the absolute worse UHaul location I have been to. Though it was the closest location to my house I would never do business here again even if it were to be just to drop off the equipment. There is not an actual facility and the woman the works for the location just popped out of her personal car and didnt even bother to ointroduce herself or identify who she was. She watched us detach the trailer and since it was an open lot with no direction we dropped it where it was convenient for us. She then demanded we move it to where she wanted it, we went back and forth about whos responsability it was to place the equipment eactly how she wanted it and as she started to pick up the trailer we had to catch the front end that attached to the ball of my truck as it was going straight for my trunk. She had no care for the damage that she caused to my truck though minor only becuase we caught the trailer. Again, this was the worst service and I wouldnt do any business with the woman at this location ever again.

My wife originally went to pick up the trailer around 2. The owner was not there, but his co-owner or assistant was. She first told my wife that she could not connect the trailer to the truck because the gentle who owned the establishment wasn't around, so she asked my wife to help her connect the trailer. My wife tried lifting and moving the trailer but it was too heavy. My wife had to leave and had too wait for me to get off work. I met my wife around 7 pm in my suit and tie and had to assist in lifting the trailer while my wife reversed the vehicle. This made us very late and couldn't leave to our destination until the next day. I will never rent from that place again.

I was supposed to pick up my truck at 8 in the morning from another location...I got an email Thursday that the original location would not have a 20ft truck but they found this other location which would have won and said that I would be able to pick it up at 8....but they don't open till 10 in the morning so I drove from Knoxville and had to wait around two hours before I can get my truck... That was my biggest complaint otherwise everything else went smoothly

I was not pleased. The truck felt like a death trap. Not well maintained. A few of my items broke from the vibrations going 50mph.The location was sketchy at best.For a houshold name company this was well below standards. If it were an item I'd return it for a refund.
