It’s not a problem or complaint the truck broke down would not start called the 800 number they sent a really nice quick and efficient guy from the r and r road service he was very nice I walked up to a quick trip he offered to ride me back to truck he was very nice and professional
CHRISTOPHER RCheck brakes on 20ft truck. Have to pump brakes twice before they catch. Service was great.
William Mnot sure if ot was an air freshner or cleaner but the van smelled stong and bothered me.

shannon Cthe truck was dirty! i could not close the windows due to the extreme marijuana odor!!! there was trash in the middle console which i left it there as is! i have rented trucks from you in the past and never had an issue but this time it was a disaster! i could not upload photos to the system to prove the rest of the dirt and trash in the truck

As I was refilling the truck when I was finished, the employee met me at the pump, checked out the truck, processed all the information, and I was free to go. I would definitely rent a UHaul from this location again!!
Brooke SEverything was fine, the check-in process was great and the guy helping me was knowledgeable and efficient. The van that I rented was dirty on the inside, with some debris on the driver-side floorboard and large crumbs of what looked like skunk weed on the passenger-side seat. The van I rented a few months before was similarly dirty, but with a strong weed smell and sticky surfaces (I wiped the whole cab down with antiseptic wipes). If more effort could be put into ensuring vehicles are cleaned and wiped down between rentals, I'd be more likely to continue renting from UHaul in the future. I rent vans and trucks occasionally for my work as a balloon stylists and there are many comparable rental companies in the area. I stick with UHaul because it's what I've known my whole life, but I'm not sure how many more icky vans I want to drive in.

I was late two days and got trapped by the freezing cold, rain and ice and could not finish getting g my things I told them I would drop it off at the nearest location and if they would send me a bill and I would be more then glad to pay it. Well it should of been 250 for the miles and then 32 perday plus 18 dollar late fee per day so that should wind up being 300 dollarsand then i dropped it off at a different location then planed because of the weather and just how ice it had got an that's 100 well they tried to send a purchase order to my bank for 850 dollar these people are Nuts I think I'll just use enterprise next time and rent a box truck and or oversized F-250 next.. thank bit no thank uhaul and k ow I changed my card number and bank so have fun with this bill get in line to sue me ya ya 😀

Joy EI drove 9 miles and was charged $20 for gas. Needed to return truck to 3/4 full. How do you know when you are 3/4 full when filling up a tank?What a scam.
jerry wThe Uhaul app didn’t work very well when I tried to check in both times I used a truck. So the app was not useful. Also, when I reached out to Uhaul via message service they didn’t help me very much either. However, the location where I picked up the truck was super friendly, very helpful, and very patient and understanding when I came in frustrated due to the app. To the employees of the gas station, I thank you.

Joseph PI rented the smallest truck for $105 plus the $15 insurance. Picking up in Illinois and dropping off in Missouri. Which $120 for that is cool. I picked up and dropped off same day. Basically 8 hours I had the truck. I filled the tank more than what it was when I picked up. $40 in gas.. Then when I dropped off you guys got me with another $71 in mileage... Mileage.. like yeah I'm renting the truck to drive if not let it sit around for 8 hours. In total 8 hours 130 miles ended up costing $230 on what they advertise as a bargain. I've rented UHauls many times in my life, but this mileage charge is ridiculous. I will never again in my life rent or recommend any one else ever renting from UHaul. The workers were great though..
