It was a shed where we turned in our keys. There was supposed to something to scan but it wasn’t . I got called the next day wanting to know if I had turned in the truck because the location in Huntington said they didn’t have it. Very disappointed and poor customer service. The website to pick up the truck is awful as is the process for turning it in. I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone.
