Somebody make my reservation in other location in a wrong way. They give the truck with less than a half tank of gas and they charge me extra 19dlls for the gas that they dont give to me. And they dont give to me the 50dlls for make my reservation wrong. Any way , the truck was very well and works perfect for my needs.thank you

The lady working there was beyond rude from the moment she called to confirm if I was picking up the U-Haul. She just seemed like she has no manners. I would not recommend anyone to deal with her. I don’t know how they have someone like her working the frontline of customer service for such a big company.

It is in my best judgment that i was scammed dropping off the truck at a third-party-drop off. In what logic would a one way trip from long beach- costa mesa- menifee accumulate 354miles?!? I was charged $278 INSTANTLY on top of the $200 that was paid to rent the truck. In the middle of me trying to dispute the charge!! They didnt even let me finish trying to make sense of what happened. Safe to say that this experience is something i would not recommend to anybody.

The customer service wipers on was very unpleasant. I was made to provide much more proof of identity and intention than what was asked during reservation and any other prior Uhaul experience. Had to provide a second person’s cell number and couldn’t get the truck until they answered the call and responded to the reps questions. Asked questions like why one way rental, if I was moving to drop off location. I felt like I was being treated as a potential criminal.

The woman I had the pleasure of being helped by, Patty Quimilman, was an angel. She went above and beyond to right the miscommunication from the first dealer. She was welcoming, friendly, and sympathetic. I walked in there very frustrated and on the verge of tears and left a satisfied, happy customer. I will use her location for any future moving/storage needs.

It's an odd location. The UHAUL representative in Palm Desert said something about not being able to find them or something...? So it wasn't on my official contract. Consequently, Patty ( the mgr. in Perris) didn't know I was coming. I called her anyway and she guided me on the phone bc I got turned around in Perris. But she stayed on the phone with me until she saw us. Gave us the code and all was well. That was service above and beyond, especially on her day off. Since I had had some dismal experiences with you guys in the past ( Apple Valley, for one!), I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall, I'd say your people are great! So whatever you're doing to improve service is working. Good job! But I do want the $12 for the dolly to be reimbursed, bc my friend had to use his back and strength to move furniture. That wasn't good. Thank you.

First of all Patty at the front desk is a rockstar I was so nervous I was stressed I was everything that panicky I had to move I was going far I had never driven a truck she was so comforting she handled it accordingly she did everything she could do for me she got me situated a clean beautiful truck she brought in the regional manager or coordinator Gary to help with my vehicle transporter he was awesome he helped me along the way he guided me he hooked up everything appropriately he told me what to do he made suggestions he asked me any question you have Mrs Vicario go ahead and ask me he advised me how to drive where to drive what to do what not to do what to expect what to look for what position not to get myself into he was very explanatory and Patty was so helpful she they are a dynamic team and I would recommend this place on Paris on d Street to anybody who asked me and anybody who asked me about my experience I'm going to tell them they get a five definite five plus star rating from me my name is Anna Vicario and they were outstanding
