The U^Haul Representative wasn't their at the time of drop off. The clerk just took my word for it as to the condition and fuel level of the truck. It would be nice to know that gas is available at the drop off location during business hours, as I filled up just down the street and would have been glad to give them the business. The truck itself drove and operated well. The body condition was rough, as the left side panel needed replaced, the front bumper and engine hood was damaged.

The ratchets need to be sprayed with some oil like WD-40. They are very rusty. Maybe even replace the ratchets.

The pick up was not the issue. The issue was I got 2 calls changing the size and place of the ordered truck as late as 5pm the night before. Our order was confirmed for a 10’ because the plan was for me to drive it. I am not willing to drive something beyond my comfort zone. We were also charged the extra mileage from the place we chose to one 30 miles away. 60 miles !!!

I had requested a dozen packing blankets and one moving dolly. Neither were available when I arrived to pick up the truck, although I had requested them by phone prior to the pickup date and had been assured that they would be there with the truck. What happened? I do not blame this on SK Mart at all, but on U-Haul personnel who are responsible for complying with the scheduler's work order. I left with the idea that they just did not care. If these item were not going to be available, they could have contacted me prior to my picking up the truck. Thank you.

We didn't have to go in the store or speak to any personnel at this location. But the drop off was super easy and everything was done from our phone. Super simple process!

First of all.. there was NO indication that were was a U-Haul at this location. They were just lined up outside of the gas station. Also when people order more than 1 thing (ex. 15’ trailer and an auto transport) and they are not near each other… LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!!! Had to drive 35 mins through buttfuck nowhere there and back to pick up an auto transport. When I got to it, there wasn’t even a building or a sign indicating that there was a U-Haul business there. The equipment was just lined up on gravel in the middle of some town.

After spending almost 30 min on the phone with U-Haul trying to get the lockbox open at another location, it was a joy to work with the folks here. They were quick, helpful, and competent. In and out in no time with clean, well-maintained equipment.

Did drop off without a person. You didn't give me a piclup or drop off location anywhere close to me. Made me drive way out of my way to get and drop off truck. Then pads weren't available. Then charged me for more miles... Not impressed at all!

we ordered a 20' truck. All they had at this location was 26ft. They said that the nearest 20 footer was 30 miles away - but when we checked - there were 3 of them sitting at a nearby uhaul station as we pulled out of town the next morning. the truck they gave us was covered with mud outside and the floor ridiculously muddy- and the guy wouldnt swap out the truck so they could clean it out/off. There were 3 other trucks in the lot of the same size that were clean. The attendant indicated that the truck had "just come in" and there had not been an inspection of the unit or any preview to determine if it was mechanically sound. I dont appreciate having to clean out someone elses' mess - and it certainly isnt what I am paying for - considering I am intended to clean the thing before I turn it in. STOP PUSHING THAT JOB FORWARD to the next client and do the job of the rental agent please!!

I was lied to, saying once I dropped the truck off the same day, only needed it for a few hours, I’d be refunded half what I was charged. Comes to be uhaul tells me once I’m ready to drop it off I was charged a flat rate and wasn’t able to be refunded? All this during a financial struggle during moving thanks. The prices are CRAZY!!! The $29.95 15' Uhaul ended up costing me almost $200. As far as service at the location and the condition of the vehicle it was awesome, but I think the advertisement of prices is deceitful and I will not ever rent from Uhaul again if I can help it.

Inside truck box was not clean, there was dirt, grass, old batteries throughout the entire floor or the box. Other than that it drove nicely, completed task needed for and cleaned box when finished.
