Matthew CI made reservations for a 15’ truck from L’s Auto Sales,LLC 246 N. Hollywood Rd. Houma, LA 70364 985-580-5300 I was guaranteed they would have a truck waiting for me. Passed by L’s Auto Sale, LLC the day before pickup and the truck was there. Day of pickup, the truck was gone and L’s Auto Sale was closed. What a disaster! Spent a hour in their parking lot trying to locate another 15’ truck but none were available. Drove 15 miles out of my way for a closed trailer rental at SJ Keller LLC 22131 Hwy 20 Vacherie, LA 70090 I didn’t want a trailer but SJ saved my butt. Heard through the grape vine that u-haul has a history of releasing reserved rentals to other people. Next time I’ll rent a donkey before I rent anything from u-haul, or I’ll just by myself a closed trailer as an early Christmas gift.

Jad FThe problem was not with SJ Keller. I made the reservation to pick up a truck in Houma, La. well in advance. I had to literally drive 35 miles out of the way to pick up the truck when there are multiple UHaul businesses in Houma. This was very inconvenient and unnecessary.

Claude AHe was not there when I got there. I had to wait outside. He left me for several minutes to go get the keys in another building. I was never inside a building. The entire transaction was outside. I would rather go someplace else.

HEIDI RI did not understand my prices for the 2days that I rented the truck. I rented after 4pm on Thursday and all day Friday...I only moved the UHaul on Friday but my prices were the same for both days. I did not think it would be that expensive. And I had to fill the truck up upon returning to owner.
