1 star isn't a low enough rating. This location said they had 24 hour drop off, but they had no drop box anywhere at the location that either my wife or i could find. I had to spend between 20 and 30 minutes on a call with uhaul to try to figure out what to do based on this representation, and the only solution we could arrive at was to throw the key over a locked fence for purposes of returning the key. Single worst experience i've ever had with Uhaul involved this return.

Also businesses that offer Uhaul equipment should also give customers a courtesy call to let them know if the equipment reserved has or has not been returned so that they can be prepared instead of scrambling around looking for replacements at the last minute.
TAYLOR C.I have never in my life been so mistreated by a company. I was sent two separate emails back to back giving my separate locations to pick up my truck. I was then sent a text with a number to call and confirm my reservation. When I called I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and when I asked if I could speak to a supervisor to figure out who I should call I was told I wasn't listening and must been dumb. I cannot believe you all people to behave like this as representatives for your company. I will never use you again.
