The whole process was unbelievable with the previous loccation not having my rental available afyer confirming with a specialist earlier in the day. The was transferred to another location which delayed my moving process by 2 hours. I had people on stand by that I still had to pay for their services while waiting. Caleb that specialist over the phone did his best to make it right and was very helpful.JANA D.
The store hours are from 12p to 9p. I had a 12p reservation and the employee did not show up until 12:20. I did not need the rental as long as I thought so I returned it the same day at 5p (knowing the store was supposed to close at 9p) but when I got there, there was a sign that they would be back in 30 minutes. So I decided to drop off the keys in the box in the back as I was told by the employee when I rented the truck. After that, I called no less than 5 times between then and 9p to close my contract and they never picked up the phone. To time, I dont have a finalized contract with the final amount. I would never rent there again. The truck wasn't even that clean. There was dirt on the floor like it had not been swept (personally I don't care much about that)ricardo O.

UHAUL changed my drop off location, pick up location just the day before each time, Completely DISRESPECTFUL to customer. Worst service ever. I will recommend friends try another companies,Alejandro B.
Please have at least 1/4 tank of gas, in the truck, so that the renter doesn't have to take time out, at the start of their moving day, to get gas. The cab of the truck was full of pet hair, used cups, paper towels, and water bottles. A little spiff up, between renters would be appreciated.Jean D.

I was charged for equipment I didn't have and the truck had no gas nor keys available for pickup. The self check in process was pointless and set me back a whole day of moving and caused extra charges. Horrible location.Yamilka F.

My account was deducted the amount that was charged and credited back any additional funds that was deducted. It was a very good experience dealing with U HAUL. I picked up the truck on a Saturday. I had to do the process on-line. It is complicated and took too long but eventually it worked. I returned it on Sunday. The process was somewhat easier. So far I didn't receive the receipt by email.Flavio M.

Awful. Just awful. If there was an ability to rate this less then one star I would. The whole process took 3 hours to get a truck that I revered online. They forgot that I was coming in the morning and took an hour to get there once I was able to get in touch with them. They canceled the order and then re made the order 3 times, each time saying it was something on the uhaul system. It was just a mess and very unprofessional and unorganized. The truck was not filled with gas when I did finally get it and it was not in the best shape. All in all, I will never use this location again. Gives the company a bad name.Rebecca K.
First, I was transferred to 3 different locations to pick up the truck (18 miles drive) before get the truck Second , The app took more than 30 minutes to give the code ( no purpose of doing self pick up anymore) and there was no one in the office to help or support. For that reason I arrived 1 hour late to my destination that cost me $150 for late arrival. They are charging me for 1 utility dolly 1 furniture dolly and 1/2 dozen of furniture mats That I never received. Or refunded yet This was the worst experience I had using Uhaul services in my lifePedro N.
