The address/pinned location was hard to find. The actual building was hidden behind a tall, lined fence with a “no trespassing” sign. It was difficult to tell where I was supposed to park the vehicle. We ended up parking on a side street as all of the other U-Haul vehicles were parked along the street. There was seemingly no parking lot. We also had a hard time finding the key drop off box because the building was difficult to locate. There was no visible signage of the location from the street and there was no clear location to park the truck. You had to enter past the no trespassing sign to locate the building and lock box and there were no further instructions on the website

The site is at the end of a dead end road in a seedy part of Baltimore. It has limited parking and looks like a junkyard. The Manager/Owner(?) called me the next morning and informed me that the inside of the cargo area was dirty and I was being charged $30.00 for his cleaning it out. I told him it was NOT dirty, and I would come down and see it with him, and, since I still had three more hours until it was due, that I would sweep it out if it was dirty. He insisted that it was and that it had already been cleaned, to which I informed him I had photos of the truck from all sides and inside that I had taken the night before when I dropped it off. AND, it was not "full of trash" or anything else. He then said not to worry about it, he was ok. It is my estimate that this place tries to get an extra $25.00 from people for cleaning nothing and telling customers that they left trash or dirt in the vehicle. I would recomend that you look back in your records to see if this has been done to other UHaul customers. It is NOT something that you want a UHaul represenative doing.

It was terrible, no help finding the truck, the dollys we paid for weren’t in the truck, it was just terrible. Meanwhile there was a very clean safe location on pulaksi hwy that was more ideal.

Jeffery MTruck was filthy, filled with debris that looked like asbestos. Bugs crawling in truck. Did not have preordered equipment. Had to go to another UHaul location to pick up hand truck at my time and expense. Cost me well over an hour of my moving time. Truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas. Truck cab was also filthy and falling apart. Before I could even load the truck I had to clean out truck. I have plenty of pictures to show you.
john bLocation was 9 miles away from original location that I picked, very disappointing considering gas prices. The rep from Uhaul called and told me the day before my Uhaul got a flat tire and the only other one available was 420 south kresson street. However after i dropped off my uhaul i noticed an entire fleet of uhauls at the uhaul store on Rosedale! I feel completely annoyed. The internet experience of unlocking the truck from my phone was easy though. Step by step.

Kacy HThis location is in a very isolated and industrial area. I would not recommend it for anyone having to drop off after dark, especially on their own. While the keys are accessible outside of the office, the locking apparatus that has been chosen was unwieldy and hard to use. If someone from the front office had not been there, I would not have been able to get my keys. I more than likely will not use this location again.

It was 25 minutes. Folks surprised I was dropping it off in repair location not Uhaul dealer. The folks there were very helpful but location was basically an alley.

Joseph YThe personnel at SAP Automotive Group were very nice, but the U-haul rental equipment should be stored in an accessable area, rather than with all the broken cars so the equipment. Or at least have it ready when a customer is coming to pick it up. Waiting for multiple vehicles blocking the U-haul equipment to be moved first seemed unprofessional.

pierre bWhen checkin out the uhaul the tank was on E so they gave me a fuel credit. I asked the lady at the location how I was supposed to bring it back and she told me “just bring it back empty”. So I took it back at 1/8 tank. When I returned it to a different location they took back the Fuel credit ($37) because I didn’t return it at 1/4 tank. But the lady didn’t say I had too so I lost money but they didn’t care that I was told the wrong info and charged me.

OLIVIA SOK, so the truck I drove was very clean. The truck also had a few mechanical issues. The transmission seemed to be slipping, and the gas tank needs to be well above a 1/4 tank to function well. Other than that, the facility was very clean. The people who worked here were very nice. I would totally go back!
