The location itself was okay. Why they had us going to this drop off is beyond me. It was 27 minutes away from our location with at least a couple of U-Hauls in between. We dropped it off early but after hours. The app had difficulties finding my location (tried for over 10 minutes) so I ended up having to go through the link in the email in order to complete the drop off. Other than that, it was fine.

IGOR MYKHALCHENKOThe onboarding experience was discouraging as it took me 30 mins, going back and forth with the customer service who rejected the driver license as it was unclear. How about requesting the driver license at the time of reservation to avoid delays ? Customer service is quick to pick up the phone though which is excellent. The lock is difficult to open and had to be pulled very hard. Other than this- had an overall satisfying experience!
Mia BalansagTrailer was filthy, parking lot was crowded with constant traffic making it difficult to hook up to a trailer and not be in the way. Also, the opening hours were much different than typical uHaul locations and made me adjust my schedule to accommodate pickup 2 hours later than I would have liked.

James WeirThe key was locked the truck and the location told us they did not have an extra key for the vehicle telling us we would need to pay $175.00 to get a locksmith to get the cab open. They were very rude and just not helpfull at all. Like how do you not have a spare key at all??

But the whole process was poor On October 13, I rent a one way trip from Morden,MB, Canada to Winnipeg, MB, Canada On Friday October 29 I received a call telling me no truck available in Morden and I have to drive all the way from Morden to Winnipeg to pick the truck and even you didn’t find a place in the south to get the truck but you send all the way to the north (this about 150 Km) not only that but also the reservation was at 9:00 am and the truck was not available before 6:00 pm so I had to move out my moving day and I moved on Sunday rather than Saturday which messes all my plans
Hany FanousWell maybe don’t cancel the persons reservation when they are a little late to pickup the truck? I rented it for 8 hours so why would you cancel my reservation 1 hour into my rental? I had to call Uhaul and said they will make the reservation again IF it’s still available? Yeah it better be available I was supposed to have this truck until 8pm. So then Uhall said I will Re-reserve the truck for you at 10:15am and when I logged into my reso they made it for 10:45am so I was supposed to stand in the cold parking lot for another half hour before I could check in!!!? Anyways I was so late getting this truck, my movers couldn’t stay longer and I put my back out moving the items myself.

remi morissetteI think that if send a truck to a smaller rental location, you should provide both keys at the location. I ended up locking the keys inside the truck at the drop off location. I phoned the uhaul service line and was on hold for close to 40 minutes, I then hung up and had to phone a locksmith who got there 20minutes after getting off the phone with me. If I locked myself out of the truck at a main location one of the counter people could've just grabbed the second key. I'm trying to grasp why you didn't leave a second key on site, the lock smith said " He stopped looking and wanting commonsense from a big industry companies like yourself.

Finally got a hold of head office after getting a hold of uhaul in steinbach... not happy wasn’t a pleasant experience but the people in steinbach made the return easy and was very friendly. travis bayI had my friend with me to assist in the loading and unloading and he was walking around the store and the guy filling in the paperwork for the rental asked if he was with me and I said yes. He then asked what his name was and put it on the application. he then wanted his phone number. I told him that I was renting the unit not my friend and he insisted on having his phone number or the rental would not happen. I again explained that he was only here to help me and that he would not even be driving the truck. He insisted for a phone number or he would not rent me the truck. Can someone please get back to me and explain the reasoning for this. I am pretty pissed off right now.

CHRISTINA DINOI have a very inconvenient experience renting u-haul. i have booked a truck to sargent Location online for saturday at 9am since this was the closest to me and the truck was available to that location during that time booking but unfortunately i got my truck to a different location that was so far from me and paid a hefty mileage. and its not only far but also the pick up time of 9am did not happen since the location will not open until 10:30am.
Renato Dimalaluanthe truck was to be ready at MacPhillips yard. I made all the arangements the day before with Darpen. When I arrived at the yard, The truck I reserved left to go to Edmonton. This yard didn't have any other trucks for rent. Bizarre to say the least. So they sent me to the s-mart store. This isn't the truck I ordered. It was dirty, Not even washed,and it was way bigger than I Reseved. Then the s-mart stores computer would not work. This held me up longer. I had to wait for someone to go to the store to fix the computer.I don't know why the Macphillips yard sent my reseved truck out?This whole trip was a business trip and my contact in Winnipeg had to wait forever in order for me to meet up with him. This experience was areal setback...
Mark LowenbergA quick review of the controls in the cab of the vehicle would have been nice. I do not drive that manufactures vehicle and was unsure of the meaning of some of the markings on several control buttons, there also was not an operators book to refer to. Also did not know where spare tire and jack were in the event of a flat tire.

Lee anne SabourinHad my reservation changed twice to a different location had to do a walk in not knowing if I would get truck, tried to charge me 20$ said back was dirty, but was duty when I picked up, broken plastic, guitar pick in back, cheque in cab. Truck in miles so took long to figure out so didn't have a bill when I left then I was overcharged 30$, not fixed yet.
PAUL OVERLYIt took me me almost 2 hours when the vehicle was released because the system in the store doesn't want to accept my Entegra credit union debit card. It was only released when I used a friends credit card. This should be advised to the customer during reservation if your system does not accept debit cards.
