Garbage, dude that was running the location opened the store over an hour late. Gave every excuse, even flat out told me he decided to sleep in. He even tried to blame me for not making the reservation till the last minute. When in fact I had made it 2 days prior to the pick up date. Then he didn't explain anything to me even when I told him I didn't think I needed the insurance. I made a 2,800 mile trip with no insurance because of this lack of care or consideration. Thankfully we didn't have any major mishaps. Oh s y what made the experience all the worse us he insisted on hooking up the trailer himself. Refused to let me do it, and didn't do it right as he didn't tighten down the hitch.... this led to me losing the trailer over the first bump and having to stop on the middle of the road to see what happened.... what a nightmare. What an unprofessional. This location should be shut down in my opinion. No one that careless and unprofessional should be running a business.Timothy B.

Was overly charges. Was told would be charged $75 and final bill was $146 Even brought the truck with more fuel than needed. I called to talk to someone about the overages and was told I would get a phone call in a few minutes. Has been a day and never heard from anyone. I demand a refund of my overages which makes no sense, I was also added an insurance I never requested and was charged for 2 days versus the standard rate. I returned the truck within 4 hours. I left truck and dropped off key at the after hours box. This place is new however needs to be ran a bit more responsive to issues. Please reach out to me to refund the overages and explain overall experience.Antonio D.
