As for myself. I recieved great customer service when I called the 1800 number and ordered this. When I got to the location only 1 staff knew how to do the paper work. Which I understand. We had a few minor issues which got resolved promptly. However when I returned same day. That 1 person is not there and no one knows how to recieved the return. I got the employee to put on my receipt that I returned the rental and sign his name and let the 1 person know in the morning that I returned it. That failed as I got a call 2 days later asking me when I was going to return the rental. I explained that I had returned it same day and how I had to do it. They said they would check into it and clear it up. The did. However when I recieved my email of final invoice. They charged me $75 and no return of the $10 charge they said I would get back when I returned the rental. So I'm unsure of how and why they said I would get the $10 back but still charged me full rate. The $10 charge was for the extra insurance that they told me I would get back when returned the rental Thanks

The parking area for the trucks and trailers is a bad spot. Really hard to maneuver because it's located in the middle of a Robin's donut drive thru. Even if there wasn't a drive thru, the parking lot is very small and makes it really hard to get a truck and trailer turned.

U-Haul messed my reservation up and I had to move a day later. Incurring extra costs to myself. They gave me 500 "free" kms. And then charged me for them . When most of those kms were used to go pickup a truck nearly 200kms from where I live , never again will I rent or reccomend U-Haul !

To drop off a trailer or truck you need to cut through and block the drive-thru line for the food and coffee. Probably not to o bad for most of the day but very challenging at 8:30 in the morning.

I would not recommend this location enthusiastically because we had to wait quite a while for an agent to become available even though there was no one there ahead of us. The agent was multi-tasking, probably also working for the donut shop at this location, which is actually a gas station. However, he was polite and focused on his task when he did appear. That we were able to rent a 15-footer was due to the fact this location had one available when the Greenwood location did not, so we are grateful for that. THe drop-off in HAlifax was close to our home (glad we did not have to go to BAyers LAke!!!) and went smoothly.

It was confirmed that the truck and equipment needed for my move would be available the day before my scheduled pick up. However when I arrived the truck I had reserved was not there and they had no appliance dolly's on site. Which means I now have to find another way to move my appliances and furniture. As well as having to use a 15 foot truck rather than the 26 for truck that was confirmed the day before. The Rylo Gas Enterprise location staff could have at the very least called and let me know the truck and equipment I had booked was not there. Very displeased with the location. I will not be using them again. As no I am left to find another way to retrieve my belongings. Signed a very dissatisfied customer.

The WORST experience EVER! Get there and wait in line, no problems there at all until it was my turn and the cashier told me to go sit and wait, after I already had to wait in line just because they are busy…. I ended up standing around for 20 minutes waiting and was on a timeline so I was late for other things because of them! Never got a sorry or ANYTHING! Then when I was FINALLY getting the U-Haul some random guy just comes into the office is getting into my personal space and even when I told him to back up and wait his turn he just interrupts the worker I was dealing with and she ends up stopping what she was doing when it was MY time to assist him and like I said I was already running behind because by this time I should have been back at my house where I had people waiting around that I hired to help and had to pay them EVEN more money because I ended up being almost an hour late! I'm NEVER going back there and I would NEVER recommend this place EVER! If I knew it would be that way it did then I would have requested a different pick up spot! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The staff at this location were not up to par. They entered the wrong information from our Uhaul's gas gauge and milage resulting in them charging us an extra $113 without warning- Completely at the fault of their incompetence. Staff at this location need to be more diligent in order to prevent situations like that happening. We are very disappointed with the experience and inconvenience they caused us.

The truck was dirty inside and out. I had to clean the cab interior, and I had to clean the interior of the cargo area, before I could use it. The cab and cargo area were full of mud, dirt, and dust. No windshield washer fluid. The driver's door lock was not functional and I had to climb in through the passenger door/side to get to the driver's side and I am mobility impaired. So this was very, very difficult and exasperated a few injuries. The trailer jack was buried in the gravel, and took over an hour to connect it to the truck The trailer to put our car on, had two tires on left side, with steel cords coming through the rubber. I did not notice this until the next morning. The truck could not pull trailer safely. The truck was unable to reach 90 kmh. It had no power to do this and it was unstable. I left the trailer at a U-haul dealer, and my wife had to drive our car 1,600km which she was not comfortable with. We have not been credited for trailer rental. We didn't use the trailer! It was not usable! It was returned the next day. Our entire trip was marred by this disappointing rental. So many calls were made to U-Haul with no response.

The clerk at this location was too busy to check over the unit when returned. I haven't seen any type of invoice to tell me what the extra $117.00 charge was for. Once again…… NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

The U-Haul web site was slow and not working properly. I was not given any information that the texts I had just received from U-Haul were instructions for checking and confirming equipment conditions and also the after hours drop-off procedure which is quite extensive and involve setting up an account etc. I also found the on-line drop-off procedure didn't work and wouldn't accept the location on my mobile phone. They should also give out information as to the gas milage to expect on these trucks. Not very good. Almost 30 Litres to the 100 Km.

It was a pain the butt . No fault of the rental but taking it back was almost impossible. I took it to a different location then my agreement and they wanted $180 to return. I declined and left them attempted to return it to the proper place but it was closed ay 415 pm. So I hauled it back to where I got it from and finally go rid of it. A Overall a frustrating day.

i was charged 25.00 for a cleaning fee which we did sweep it out and clean it, it was given back exactly the way we got it

I did not receive all the equipment I ordered but was charged for it. I asked for an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly and 12 furniture blankets. I received an appliance dolly only and only 6 furniture blankets. I was charged for items I didn't have.
