Brian MarklaneWe had a pretty terrible experience at this location with mobile pick-up and being on a Sunday. First the process of going through the mobile app took about 45 minutes because the app kept freezing and restarting. When I finally got my car number I expected it to be one of the five up front trucks that were out of the snow but it ended up being one covered in snow way out in the field. Lastly, we paid for and ordered 12 additional moving blankets and only received 3. Which is three less than the standard blanket allotment. We then had to use personal blankets to move furniture and wash all of those. Drop off took an additional 45 minutes and I was never able to submit the necessary photos to complete the drop off and finally just called the next day to verify it was returned. My family has used a U-Haul at least annually and this has been the worst experience to date.

The back door very hard to pull down and the inside of the windshield was so dirty, I could hardly see through it when the sun was directly in front of me. Looked like it had never been cleaned on the inside of the windshield.

The big problem was I drove 34 miles total, filled the truck back up next to the Uhaul rental with 9.2 gallons of gas and then they charged me an additional 2 gallons of gasoline saying it was not full. I took my receipt in to them showing I filled the truck right before I took it in. I asked them how they have a truck that gets approximately three miles a gallon! They said it probably wasn’t filled when I took it and that is the last I heard from them. Very disappointing.

Clayton OstlerThe truck was great as well as the customer service on the help line for the mobile check-in. But surprisingly I did NOT love the mobile check-in process. I would have preferred to rent during business hours and do it at the counter. I felt like I was applying for a US passport with how much information I had to provide.
