Staff had no understanding of what happened in the reservation even though I tried to explain the address for the drop off was incorrect.

Austin C.The process of reserving a truck is a mess. I reserved a truck well in advance and it said "reservation guaranteed." Then I get a call at 7pm the night before I am supposed to pick up my truck saying I had to drive 2 hours to go pick up the truck. I understand that there are things that happen out of your control and I moved on a busy weekend, but I was just upset that my reservation said "Reservation Guaranteed." So I didn't worry about it at all. Just don't use that specific phrase if the reservation is actually NOT guaranteed.
Chandler W.Unorganized and took a long time to figure out our truck. We paid ahead of time and still had to wait an hour. We had to rent the cargo trailer, the truck and the auto transporter in 3 separate locations. We spent a lot of time picking up equipment and didn't get reimbursed for our time and gas. It was approximately 100 miles of unneeded travel because of the unorganized scheduling.

David C.I got covid 19 , so I thought, Turned out to be a stomach virus that laid me bed stricken for over 5 days. I called and explained I could not return the trailer that I used 1 day for a motorcycle. Cost me over $200+. They would not come pick it up, allow me any grace period, nothing. No compassion, just out for the cash. Finally had to have my 80 year old mother return it scared to dickens to drive it. They cared less.

However , the location we were supposed to pick it up was closed , even though I confirmed it the night before. The location and the other two we went to in peppers ferry blvd were filthy and the one person we spoke to there said he had nothing to rent , even thought there were several trailers there When I spoke to the person at the call center she found one for us, but it was 45 minutes each way. We were supposed to head back to NY that day, but we ended up having to stay the night because of the delays. Over all the experience was awful
MARGRET M.We were told at the pick up location that the insurance would be $16. The agent had a hard time with the computer throughout. He said the computer would not accept $16 but it would accept $20. In order to expedite the process, we agreed. Perhaps some training would help for the people on site.

Joyce M.Get your web information more up,to,date so your dealers know what is going on. I had already paid and performed pre checkout before I got there. But they couldn't figure that out. The whole process was extremely slow and they didn't have the the correct ball for my hitch, so I had to drive to another town to find one. I missed a funeral dinner because of it.
