Nothing RVs performance are the best
STANLEY SThe 6x12 trailer was in very good condition but the outside of the trailer had mud on it from previous rental and the inside of the trailer had dirt and sand. A washing and sweep out would be helpful. I was charged for two days but only had the unit for less than 24 hours. I had to call for a refund of the extra day charges.

ROGER DThere was no one here and the UHAUL app process was annoyingly frustrating and calling the Crystal location was not helpful until the thrid call when we finally got to speak with the manager Quincy. The first two folks we spoke with were not trained well on the One way rental drop.off or the APP. I do not see this as being their fault though fully. super frustrating drop off experience where picking up and dropping off at the same location is seemless. This drop off at another location process sucked and tool way longer than it should have.
STELLA PMy location was moved 30 miles away. I was assured someone would call and get me back to my original location. Nobody did. So I called and after hours on Friday, I was switched back. The app never worked to get my truck so I had to call again. It took almost an hour to check the truck out. Drop off went much better but still confusing because the app wanted to charge me again. I had to call on Monday and get it straightened out. Also, no dolly since the switch was so late. Just my opinion, but if a business chooses to rent Uhaul trucks, they should be open on Saturdays, which is the busiest moving day. I haven't rented a Uhaul in a long time. If I ever do again, I know I will be a little more wise.
REBECCA ONo credit for leaving way more gas in vehicle than was given to me ? You leave me 3/8 of a tank at pick up location , I fill it to full and you didnt give me any credit off my bill . That's robbery

Tamara KTruck did not have the dollies that were reserved and requested, needed to call the next day to get a refund. App didn't had to call Uhaul since location was not responsive to issues. Took over 45 minutes to get truck and associate at Uhaul changed drop off location which was unknown to me. Had to call again about that issue.

Steve BThe U-Haul website was not user-friendly for locating and making a reservation on the equipment I needed ended up having to call the toll-free number to make the reservation. The toll-free customer service rep seem to be having difficulty locating the equipment as well but overall was able to make the reservation. The rest of the process went well

Shawn MTruck was brand new. Car hauler was another story. It had rusted, hard to operate ratchets. One tire wrap was too short and was barely operable to secure around tire. One tire literally shredded to the steel on way down. Very lucky it did not blow our and cause a crash....

Daniel NThe location was great, the people were great. The issue of moving supplies was horrendous. I needed a trailer hitch and ratchet straps. I got to pay over $16 for shipping. My rental time was at 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. As of 10:00 am they had not arrived.yet. I go to see the pick up place, they don't have the supplies. I go home, wait, 1:40 and stuff hasn't arrived and the update is "delivery by end of day." I go buy my own hitch and ratchet straps and get my motorcycle trailer. Go home to load up my motorcycle and guess who shows up after 3:00, Fed Ex. I towed my motorcycle fine and got the trailer returned after the place had closed. I want a refund for the crap I was charged for, as well as shipping!!! I'll bring it to one of your corporate locations and drop it off. Again, the repair place that I picked up the trailer from was great. The bullshit of me having to have simple things sent up from Kansas City as absolutely ridiculous.

Jeremy GCheck if parts of the truck like latches, door window cranks, ect....need to be oiled or replaced. Some door latches in the back and the ramp needs to be oiled once in a while to stay fully usable and not hard to open or close. Also the exhaust needs repairing so the fumes do not go into the cab of the truck.

Jim JWe were not happy that 2 days before we were to move that we get an email from uhaul telling us that we have been moved to a different pickup location and drop off. We are an older couple and it was not convienent for us at all. When you book a pickup and drop off with customers no matter if it was done well in advance(as we had done) the moving truck and anything that you rented with it should be at the location it was set up at. If your policy to make this an easy experience with you haul you need to work harder at following thru with the way the order was set up. I really don't think I would every call Uhaul to move again snd would not recommend your service.

When I longed back in to drop off it appeared I had to drop off where I picked up. About a 15 mile difference. Then when I actually got toethe site and clicked on drop off it said I should be at the original drop off location. Very confusing.

Nancy CI will never rent from U-Haul ever again. You people messed me up on February 26 and you're doing it again on this move on Thursday, March 30 not only did you rip me off 3766 for gas when I put gas in it that whole truck smelled like smoke and pot. It was dirty and it was gross and I will never ever rent to you and I am calling my attorney general. I'm gonna get a hold of the commissioners and I'm gonna find me a corporate lawyer and sue you fucking people cause I'm really sick of U-Haul . I want my money back every damn dollar and I want credit for driving and riding in a stinky dirty U-Haul and I will be posting this all over the Internet trust me and it is the truth I can prove it.

Paul SI would definitely recommend rvs ,but my experience with Uhaul over this app i will never do ever again, it was the worse experience ever, not only was I not able to pick up my truck at 11 o'clock that I scheduled weeks in advance. It wasn't even clean it was dirty it smelled like cigarettes. It was gross. I had to have a officer help me. This was the worst experience ever, but I do appreciate Ryan at the place, RVS performance that experience was easy it was professional experience, but I'll never do that app and I'll never go with Uhaul ever again, Jonniesue staley
