The truck was worn out, big vibrations when breaking or slowing down the truck. This truck needs to go to service and get fixed. Transmission and brakes are faulty.
Kyrill LeutschCab interior was dusty. Not cleaned in a while. Back of truck had twigs leaves and dirty. Was not swept clean as you want customers to return truck.
Henry CorazzaI’m am disappointed with my overall service. I asked for a receipt they said I would receive one one line, so I left with no receipt. I asked for them to check the truck and view mileage they said later. I filled the tank back to where it was when I dropped it off and they charged me an extra $40 dollars for a fuel charge on top of that . They took it off my debit card without my PIN number or otherization. I’m rather unhappy about the whole experience. The only good thing about my experience was they offered insurance.

Vahid HashemiThe process from start to finish was easy as can be, and the service at the rental centre was stellar. This was my first time moving and needing a moving truck, and what I thought might be one of the more stressful parts of the move turned out to be the least stressful part. I thought that the truck might be a manual truck, but the 15’ truck was an automatic so it was very comfortable and smooth driving. Picking up the truck was very fast, and dropping off was even faster. If I need a U-Haul in the future again, this location will be my choice for sure.
Ryan D'ArchiYou offer a mobile check in but then require the customer to go inside and wait in line to get the key. What’s the point of doing everything yourself and then having to wait in line. A truly mobile experience would use current technology to provide keys from a lockbox that is digitally controlled with codes or QR codes. The location itself was fine, but U-Haul corporately needs to revisit this process.

David ChoUploaded everything before pickup. My card was on file but the person doing my contract said i need to have my credit card with me. He will not charge the card on file. Then why uhaul is asking my card details if they want the physical card at the time of pickup. Never going back for uhaul to this location.

DANEIL CARETTErented a van suppose to be $19.95.daily and had 150 k included and after the 150 k they would charge me the extra K I used an extra 50 k and the now charged me $109.00 daily rate? for a $19.95 4 hour trip now total cost was $162.00. They did not explain if you use more than 150 k they would increase the daily rate, if this was the case would not of rented this van. They should of been more forthright when it involves charger and declare ahead of time. Will not be using this service or recommending this to anyone.Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and also with head office. There # is 905 790 6916

Gagan JohalI booked a reservation for a 26 foot truck more than a week before moving date and I got a call the day before my reservation to say there is no 26 foot truck available for me anywhere in the gta and surrounding area. Because of this I only got a 15 foot truck and had to make 3 trips because of the distance I was going and the time frame my people had that day. I couldn't move everything. On top of that the amount of gas I would've used in one trip with the 26 foot truck I ended up paying More in gas for the smaller truck. It was a huge inconvenience to go and get the truck the day before my move and do a trip that same day because I had a small truck. Something like this makes me not want to use uhaul again as I have a couple of people i will be helping to move soon. None of what I wrote here is applicable to the location. It was the overall service I didn't like before getting to pick up the truck.
Deon PilgrimFrom my understanding, I thought you could pick up a truck at a point and drop it at another point but in this case I was obligation to drop it off at the same pick up point which I didn't find normal because it costed me more money and more time.
J andres Pinedawould have 5 stars, however app that is supposedly easy to use was broken and unable to complete checkout. had to call and be placed on hold until advised how to proceed. great customer service, terrible app. please do not force customers to use an app that cannot complete tasks specified
Michael Sala. Ignored my numerous requests to invoice company until after rental was closed, at which point "nothing could be done" to accomodate moving payment method to a company card instead of my personal card. Staff at the location was very rude on the phone talking over me and using profanities. Zero customer service.
MLSE ANDREWas told gas tank was 1/2 full, when it was 3/8 and I filled it to 5/8. Rear left tire needed air and the tire pressure light was on the entire trip.

Sunil Godiyal-The driver's door was not closing and it is was dangerous driving on the highway. -The rental vehicle is in terrible condition, should be be on the road. -The rental vehicle inside was extremely filthy and smelly, totally not acceptable

robert campolI rented a truck that ended up breaking down (starter went out). I contacted Uhaul and they put notes on the file and they ended up towing away the truck. The Rust Check Centre was not aware of this despite me calling Uhaul 4 times and asking for updates since my booking was still ongoing (and still getting charged as if I had the truck still). I tried calling Rust Check directly and they wouldn't pickup so I had to get connected to them via Uhaul themselves. Then it looked like Rust Check wasn't even aware of the situation and was not updated by Uhaul. It has been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for Uhaul to refund the extra day that I was charged for the truck. Also I ordered blankets and they were never put into the truck.
