Billy was the most knowledgeable, professional, and caring customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He was always available to assist me in the co-ordination of our son's move from AR to TX and I was doing this from TN. I would highly recommend him & this facility for your moving needs. Only reason for unclean rating was there were ashes in the ash tray and the cab smelled like smoke. But the rest of the truck was clean.

The issue I have is, that a 6x9 trailer only has a 4’10” opening, I had a 60” wide item to haul. Therefore it didn’t fit, I had the trailer for about an hour total, hauled nothing and was charged for a full day. You’ll think its in the fine print or pictures that it only has a 4’10” entry or he should have measured - probably so - but the communication of the opening on the unit or some other way would have saved me the wasted time and $38 for taking your trailer a trip around town. The guy at the dealer could not have been better or nicer. Corporately, the right thing for customers relations would be not to charge someone for a haul that didn’t happen, it’s an example in how (long term) to build a good service reputation.

For clarification to Uhaul Corp. and any other interested parties, I am a uhaul dealer (11411), I rented this trailer for my grandson to move. Since I paid for the trailer I can leave review. All was good, service at Russell Storage (85643) was EXCELLENT.

No improvement needed in my opinion. Billy was friendly and professional. I made a bonehead move and locked the van keys in the van. Billy jumped right on it and was pleasantly surprised that U-Haul had a customer based policy that took care of Boneheads like me, Billy did that. The entire experience was easy and professional. Great company

Very upset and disappointed with the lack of service and followup from Uhaul. I was again transferred to a different location on the day of my rental with lack of knowledge putting me in a very inconvenient location to my house and trailer usage. Will not use uhaul again

The location was good, but the online system setup needs some serious improvement. Overall this was a good experience.

It was stressful. It took 50 minutes to get the truck. Two calls to customer service. Why does Uhaul need to call a contact. They have my credit card. I took pictures of myself, and both sides of my drivers license. I’m not going to go into the entire nightmare of an experience it was, but I can guarantee I’ll never use the mobile pickup again.

Great location! They were able to stay later than required to help get us in a truck after experiencing computer issues and being relocated from a different location at the last minute. Will be using this location in the future!

Loved this place. We have storage units here as well and when our stuff wouldn't fit, they upgraded our 2 units to 1 and we now save $30 monthly. Also, an extra day was added to our uhaul because we made it to our destination too late and getting that additional day added was a pleasant experience. I didn't feel as if I had inconvenienced someone. Patty was very pleasant.

Billy was fantastic and easily changed my rental dates as we struggled to close on our home. He even checked on me to see if I was going to be coming that day. He went out of his way to make sure I had what was needed to make my move successful. This was the second time I have rented from this location and if I need anything again, I will definitely be coming here.

Initial pick up was scheduled for 9 a.m. at another location. Nobody was at the business, and had no intention on being there until 10 a.m. They also did not have my requested trailer on site. He called me back and directed me to another location. Got there, again, no 6x12 on site. He called, told me I would get a $50 credit. Russell Storage was great. I did not receive any credit however.

I had a little accident with the local people I bent the fence a little & they started to ask for address, where I work ect, I don't appreciate that because they make me pay 13 dollars insurance If something ever happens but they told me that doesn't cover the fence damage

The guy handling your front desk was fantastic. The computer system was down when we came in to pick up our truck, but he made sure we still got on the road on time and with everything we needed. He even accepted our truck a little late and didn’t penalize us. Excellent customer service!

Keep up the excellent work. Your 26 foot truck was amazing and had the power to go up and down the hills in Northwest Arkansas. The air conditioning was powerful and everything in the truck functioned excellently. Shawn at the drop off location was knowledgeable, gracious and very willing to talk about his new facility in Rogers, Arkansas. U-Haul should be ranked as the best corporation in the U.S.A

The uhaul representative, Billie, goes above and beyond your other uhaul representatives. He always makes sure we have a truck ready when needed. And he's always in a great mood. And that's the reason we always use Billie.
