I have both picked up and returned equipment at this location a few times now and my experience has been the same: excellent each time. Small, rural town in Mississippi. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will most certainly be using this location should the need arise in the future.

As usual, this was NOT the location I chose. You changed my pick-up location for the 5th time out of using you 5 times. Your process is horrendous. It's a shame you basically have a monopoly. I would us ANY other company if I could.
