Make sure the truck is actually supplied with the materials you offer for people to rent. I rented and was charged for moving pads that weren't in the truck. The truck was also in disgusting shape with remnants of spilled food/drink in the cab and leaves/dirt in the back and they are trying to charge ME a cleaning fee?!?! Just terrible service and feels like a scamBlake N.

This location was not suppose to be charged me an extra 186, then charged me 156 then decide to charge me 123 for false information on gasoline and miles. When I showed proof of the actual gas on a video clip and was told to fill it up the same amount as it was when I left with it. I still ended up getting charge 86 dollars.JUAN P.
Finding the truck was a pain since the truck was parked across the street from where is should have been. Where we were supposed to pick it up had a name completely different from what was given to us. When I was finally able to look at the truck it was in bad shape. Marks and gouges around the whole truck. When I opened the truck it smelled like cigarettes and the steering wheel was all chewed up. The transmission felt like it was giving out as well.Matthew B.
I am upset with the whole experience. 1) I was sent to the McClintock location-there was NO key in any of the 6 lock boxes. 2) went to the Apache location, and the system wouldn't allow my rental, so I couldn't rent it there. 3) went to the southern location where the truck was not at the place it said it was. I happened to look far down the street and saw 3 trucks. Very unclear where the keys were. The truck had trash in it, marijuana bag, empty Red Bulls. I was given a 20 footer for the price of a 10 footer which was a bitch to drive. I appreciate that but it was not the point. This took hours to do it shouldn't have taken this long. Terrible experience. Had to wait outside while my ID got approved like I did not book the rental in advance. Never was told to take a photo of the gas gauges and was not told to put gas back into the rental until checking out. There was nothing telling me 24 miles would end up charging me 160 dollars. The caravan we got was not ready for pick up at all. We got there and the first problem was the keys were not where they should be. Secondly when we turned on the van there was no gas in it at all. The back of the caravan was dirty and it had a low tire pressure and check engine light on. Upon encountering these issues we had to call the company 5 times because this place does not have anywhere you can walk in and get help in person. To top it all off this place had no parking for us to leave our car so we had to park at a nearby lot while we used the U-Haul. Save yourself the hastle and go to a more professional and organized location.Jade S.

Waited over an hour to pick up the tow dolly, man who helped did not attach the passenger side belts on the tire correctly so came off during drive and he did not hook the chain for security!!Brianne A.

The rental agent changed the drop-off location from my original reservation even though I spelled the drop-off location for him. I did not receive a copy of the rental agreement at that time. The agent was not there when I arrived and the office area was not at all professional.Paula B.

This UHaul drop off location is very confusing for pick up. The building was not opened when I tried to pick up the truck in the morning. The owner did not answer his phone for directions until the second time I tried calling. I had ordered moving blankets and was told by the owner that he didn't have any and that I had to pick them up at another location. The UHaul key was in a locked drop off box and he was having problems with his computer while I was on the phone with him and it took awhile to get the key. I do understand problems with computers but it just extended my pick up time. There needs to be directions or instructions for this pick up location, especially for early morning pick ups. The reason I chose this pick up location was specially for an early morning pick up.Deanna D.

The location was not in Payson. The address was 720 W Southern Ave. Mesa, AZ. It was just a dirt lot with a very dingy building. The check in process was not very intuitive because it would lead me to believe that I was done and not tell me how many steps I had left. I eventually figured it out but the process took 15 minutes when it should really be 2 minutes. I also did not receive the furniture dolly I requested (which someone who had called me said he would refund and did not refund me). The person who also had called me asked me to send photos of my credit card, which I was uncomfortable with.Thomas G.

Absolutely nothing went right with this experience except the turn, which went very well, Rudolf was the only one to provide service on truck pickup after I was forced to go the three different locations.Lee C.
