Get your computer system working properly it was supposed to be a dollar a mile and I end up paying lot more than what I was scheduled for I had the truck for one day I returned it and the computer system was down when I picked it up and it was still down when I brought it back I didn't have no paperwork you show how many miles were on your truck when I picked it up and I didn't have any paperwork to show you how many miles I drove it it was supposed to been they're supposed to been $226 mi from my location to the location I went to and then back That's 113 mi one way going to my phone and GPS and they charged me over and they charged me $336 which should have been $236 plus the fee for the truck and which was only supposed to been 19 bucks for one day and this will be the last time I use U-Haul systems I work for U-Haul back in the '50s I'm a very disappointed customer of yours

only issue was trying to get paperwork after dropping off truck. Electronic table was very slow. Took over a half hour and still had to call someone to fix the issue

I picked my uhaul up at this location when there was no staff. My pickup went smoothly. The truck itself needs work, lights aren't operating on the dash, needs brake work and probably some new tires. It feels like you're driving through turbulence on an airplane but all the time. Mirror shakes so bad I can't even accurately look out of it. Then when I dropped off the uhaul I was instructed that it was parked in the wrong spot and that I was expected to back the uhaul into the secured fencing. I said I'm sorry sir, I parked it where we found it. Then he stated it was a foot over to the right. Then I informed the man that I was not capable to back up the uhaul into such a small space safely. He stared at me as I stared back until I stated "what would you like me to do sir? How can I help?" He told me to "get out and I'll so it." I apologized and went on my way. I am very unhappy with this experience, especially being my first.

Have additional help. There was one man working the counter. I had an 8 am pick-up time for my 15' truck and finally got it at 8:55 am. There were 6-7 people deep in the waiting line and the clerk/manager was getting phone calls coming in that he answered which continued to delay the in-store waiting guests. Upon my rental return, it was a 40-minute wait. He had trouble with his computer.

Blaine was all by himself but never onces showed stress as there were literally 7 people in line. I was on a time crunch and was nervous I wouldn't make it, but he was so so so knowledgeable with his work he had everyone in and out with complete satisfaction Services!!!

Return took an exceedingly long time. It took a long time in the yard for the one person that was working to park and get the truck information and it took even longer inside the dirty building to get the tablet device to connect to the Uhaul site.

Getting the truck & dropping off the truck was absolutely awful. I would not recommend this to anyone to do the mobile version. Absolutely horrible. Was NOT user friendly what so ever. I still need to rent another truck but preventing to do so because I don't want to use this service again. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience. The truck was beyond shaky. The oil pressure was maxed out. I felt incredibly unsafe.

Please try to stop changing the requested/preferred pick up and drop off locations. I purposely made the reservation well ahead of the needed date and yet U-Haul could not have the trailer I needed at the rather large location I chose. Therefore, I had to drive across town to pick it up rather than at the location I chose 2 miles from from my house. Then, U-Haul tried to change the drop-off location to one much further away from my final destination and the location I chose. Also, the trailer was an older, well used unit that had a very hard to operate door.

The tires on truck were bald got stuck multiple times on even flat surface I am contacting DOT to do investigation the tires would fail a DOT inspection then I called to complain that I would not drive it any further and dropped truck off to dangerous to drive they have gall to charge me Forty dollars for gas Do not rent from Ruddys Rental dangerous and unsafe equipment

We were forced to clean the truck upon returning it , even though the truck was dirtier when we picked it up, we swept it out and returned it but still apparently wasn’t clean enough. Truck was in rough shape and so was the lady’s attitude at this location

Picking up a truck w a full tank, not 7/8, would be a lot easier than trying to fill to 7/8 tank before returning. Blaine was super helpful and pleasant!

Truck ran like crap I had to jump start it every time I started it up, let alone when I returned it the employee told me a more expensive price then what I was quoted and then he got into a argument with me and told me nothing he could do about it and blamed it on the computer, he then called someone and they got it to the price I was quoted. I was treated with such disrespect when I returned the truck and had to wait about a hour until I could leave, I was there at 740am to return it and didn’t leave until atleast 845. Unacceptable when I informed him I needed to get my kids. Not happy

Truck was not ready for us at pick-up. Was on hold for 1 hour before being told that we could not get our truck the day it was rented. Returned the truck 14.5 hours before it was due to be returned, could not get the online check in to work, called and was told that it would be noted the truck was returned. It was not noted, got charged for 2 days and now waiting to hear back about getting a refund. This has been a stressful and horrible experience.

Very helpful and great service. Happy faces! They helped us out of a jam. The location we HAD reserved from in Cambridge was LOCKED when we went there and no note on the door! The 800 number rep reserved us one at Ruddy's and granted us a credit. Great customer svc experience!

Tires were completely bald and we had to have someone pull us out more than twice! Transmission was slipping. Luckily, we didn't have to drive far. But this UHaul was not in decent condition. They need some serious maintenance on this vehicle before giving it to a paying customer.

Great job! The enclosed trailer was perfect for a dining room set and hutch. Very clean. Prices were great. Blaine was very helpful and made sure I knew everything. Furniture blankets were clean and in great condition. Would use them again!

Ruddy’s rental did fine but uhaul app overall and customer Service did awful—- took two hours and six forms of id to rent a truck and even then we couldn’t leave - a woman called me and was helping me and then hung up on me.. and of course the wait Time to talk to a person afte that was 60 Minutes of standing in the cold and I had it Figured out by then (1 hour and 45 minutes after Arrival) and when they called me bacj so I could express my disappointment, the woman told Me Someone would be getting back to me. That was four days ago.

we made our reservation to pick up a 26" truck for 11 am, got to the place to pick it up and the truck was not there, only to find out that the guy who had the truck wouldnt be back untill 4pm. that day. So they told us to go to milltown wi. which is 2hrs away from us, we said no, then was told to go to pine city which is a hour away from us and 2 hours away from where we where moving. finally they told us to go to North Branch but we would not beable to have the truck for 24 hrs like our reservation was for. So therefore we finally got a truck at 12;30 pm but had to have it back that same night. We were told they would discount our truck to 29.95 witcxh was not done and absolutly no credits were given to this horrible inconvenience . On top of that we were told we were told we could use the furniture pads free of charge but that didnt happen eaither and was charged 50 bucks. this has been a nightmare!!!!!!!

My original reservation was at ATV Salvage and they didn't even have a truck. I ended up having to go all the way to the other end of town, it really messed with my schedule ended up being 30 minutes late for everything that day.
