Blaine, the gentleman who helped me, was incredible! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our needs were met and we were well taken care of. He even saved us an additional $20 of our rental. Great job and thank you so much!

The U-Haul was supposed to be returned at noon and available for pick up by me at 1. The truck was not returned until after 2. Which caused us to be 3 hours behind in schedule. The truck was dirty and not cleaned out either.

Check out process is horrible. I do the pre-check online, yet still have to wait for the clerk to re-enter all the information I provided at the website. 28 minutes it took to get signed in. Ridiculous.

Do not do business with Ruddys rental in north branch mn. Staff was slow, unintelligent, rude, dirty and the lady at front desk was a rude bitch!! Made unauthorized chatges to my card as im standing there asking her not to and that I would pay cash to avoid overdraft charges. She looked at me said ok but yet still hit the button to finish the transaction. Cost me $35 extra when I could have just handed her the cash...apparently i didnt move fast enough. She showed no remorse and wouldnt answer the business phone. Did once but once she knew it was me put me on hold till i eventually hung up. Will never go there again!!

Employee was not the best. Forgot my cc number asked for 2nd I'd. Wouldn't help grind paint on my new hitch. So hands me a file... but couldn't grind off a little paint... tools all over by the way...then I had to buy a new hitch Which had to buy at orileys. Then trailer was frozen to ground. So used my tool to get out. Just wasn't the best place I've dealt with. Dropping off great experience. Lady was pleasant . Was night and day scenario.

The inside of the drivers cab had smeared mud on the floor, the mirrors on the passenger side were 'frozen' in place so they could not be adjusted - this was not safe at all because you could not see what was behind you when taking a right turn, and a headlight was out.

Keep her dogs away from equipment. She snapped at me for almost running over her dog that wondered under the trailer while she hooked it up. Also, I was chose a different pickup date initally and was told two days before my scheduled pickup that the pickup location had changed to this place which was 12 miles away from what I had actually chosen, huge incovenience!

The lady who helped me didn't say anything to me except "Are you returning" i told her yes and she then left and started unloading the blankets and dolly and then got into the truck to park it and get it ready forthe next person. . I wasnt sure if i needed to stay and sign paperwork or what? I couldn't tell if she was angry? Finally ihollared at her as she was walking back to the office of i need to sign something and she said yes. I signed and asked her if everything looked okay in ther truck and she said yes and that was it! Just not very friendly is all.

Nothing against the workers but kinda wish someone was at the location on a sunday when I called to cancel my reservation. I had talked with a worker on the phone the following morning and I didn't like her tone.

1. I filled 17 1/2 gallons of gas and filled to the next notch where it was add on the fuel guage when I picked up. I was charged for fuel ($17.00). The gas guage had several(4 or 5 line markers after the 1/2 line marker. I filled it at the 3rd marker line after the 1/2 tank line just as I had upon pick up. I called and asked but was told I had to dispute it. It is my word against the person at this drop off location which I do not trust at all at this point. 2. The drop locations keybox is not in a good position. It is on the fence line where a returned trailer was backed up so close to it, we had trouble finding it. Lucky we searched or we would've had to either return home with the truck or leave it with the keys in or , or call uhaul

I was disappointed that most the information that I entered on your web page in order to reserve the vehicle was not usable to pick up the the truck. I was also surprised that needed an address of where I was going with the truck. It was a local rental so I may of or may not of been going to any local address where in the local area was really none of your business. All you really needed was my Drivers License, Credit Card and smiling face to rent me the truck. I also thought the counter guy needed a bath, he was really not presentable for an organization that deals with the public.

The guy working was rude when we picked it up and worse when we returned it. The trailer was full of dirt, leaves, tumbleweed and pieces of glass when we picked it up and he yelled at my husband when we returned it because it was not swept out. When my husband said this is how we got it the guy got all mad and said just don't talk to me. Very rude! Will not return and will leave negative yelp and Google reviews.
