terry H.pick up was scheduled at 10am. No one was there. Called customer service and was informed my instore pick up had been changed to 24/7 pick up with out my knowledge. While going through the lengthy process on line to create and check in, this location has moved addresses and the "ping" on the app hasnt been updated and would not let the process continue. around 1020am the worker showed up. things I paid for/requested that werent available. Furniture dolly, furniture pads. My quoted online price was cheaper than what I had to pay instore with the missing items. In the future I will not use UHAUL- for my moving needs.

charles G.If the regional manager wouldn't have been in the vacant parking lot, it would have been very hard to figure out which of the run-down buildings were the uHaul office. The truck I was given had a serious suspension issue as it was the roughest ride I've had in a large number of trucks I've driven.
Douglas B.The dealer put the wrong key in my lock box. They are not open on Saturday's. Huge hassle, long wait on call. Luckily U-Haul corporate team was able to resolve with a smaller truck. Worked out ok. Would have been great if they just checked their work at the dealer.

WARREN A.Make sure that the person renting the U-Haul is not going to another U-Haul location to retrieve belongings from U-Haul because they cannot be removed from one U-Haul and put into another so I rented this truck and just wasted 150 bucks that to me is the wrong way to do business!!! I didn't have any problems at this location but I rented this truck to go to the Kansas City Kansas hub to retrieve my niece's belongings only to be told I wasted the money renting another U-Haul because they would only release her belongings to any competitor but they would not allow us to remove her belongings to put in the other U-Haul that I rented don't care what the reason is they wasted my money and all of my time

matthew Y.They people in the office were not personable and very rude. I could tell they didn't want to help me when the lady threatened me with an “after hours fee†when I simply needed help navigating through the app. They didn't even bother reminding me I could just call 1-800-uhaul, even though I expressed to both the lady and the man how stressed out and confused I was. I was practically in tears and they were more worried about eating and telling me “we're closed. So we can't help you.†And slammed the door in my face. But they were just sitting inside eating. I just needed quick help. It really hurt my feelings to say the least. Like taking 2 minutes out of their day to help a paying customer who is asking for help. I'm used to uhaul going above and beyond. This time I was highly disappointed. Next time, I will hire movers with their own truck.

CHRIS KINDT S.I payed for a uhaul for 24 hours and returned it the same day that it was payed for. I had to hook the uhaul to the truck by myself with no assistance at all. I was charged for 2 days despite returning the uhaul less than the 24 hour deadline. I explained to an agent that I was overcharged and was told that I had to pay the price for 2 days in a very unprofessional and stubborn manner. I would not like to be sent to this location again.
