Truck was not clean. Store overcharged me for mileage that I didn't drive. Had to get regional management involved to get my money back. Tried calling the store, but their mailbox is full, so it is impossible to get through to talk to anyone. This location needs to be shut down. They give U-Haul a bad name.

Clean the vehicle. Interior was dirty. Windshield was a hard to see through. Vehicle information centered indicated oil life was at 0%.
HAROLD SMy only complaint was the arbitrary addition of the insurance after I explicitly stated I did not want it in the reservation. The location added it without asking which is a very dishonest way of getting more money.
Jason WA bit unprofessional. Had a missed call/vm regarding my rental but the rep had no idea what I was talking about although he had just left a message and then driving back to California there was clearly an issue with the transmission. As we came to a light we were told by two different cars that our truck had smoke coming out. Brakes were metal on metal. For the amount of money I paid for this rental I wasn't happy at alll.
STEVEN CThe only thing would be to give a heads up while renting that you need to call a number to get the lock code. There is no office to talk to anyone. I called the number and had a great experience there was just a confused couple before me.
Erik BRear door on the truck was left open so the inside of the box was soaked from the sprinklers when we picked it up. Fuel was on "E" when the truck was picked up. Had to go straight to a gas station. Inside cab was sticky and gross.

Roy GThe location and pick up company was great! The U-Haul online process is tedious and challenging. If you use the Mobile App to pick up the keys and to drop off, get there early because it can take 30 minutes or more to get through the process. We lost an hour of our time because of the process. U-Haul should communicate better that it takes time to get approved to use the app to pick up the keys.
Mat TCustomer service at locally owned uhaul locations, and overall with uhaul, seem to have gone downhill. Not specific to this order, but my overall experience with uhaul the last couple of years have been poor. More difficulty with reservations, reservations changing at the last minute, contacting local businesses, and difficulty speaking with any representative without being transferred multiple times.

Susan BGreat staff at this location. I had issues with completing my reservation online, so they pulled me into their office, provided me and my son with water and promptly finished the reservation for me. Also, I have to mention that I dropped my phone in the U-Haul driver's cabin upon returning it later that night and the staff were nice enough to retrieve it and hold it for me for a couple days until I could come pick it up.

Francisco AWindshield was covered with bugs from previous use. Engine 2 qts low on oil.
Stanley SWe had to go 15miles out of the way to pick up the truck. The only reason we found it was because we saw the truck and figured out that the office should be around somewhere close. It was an older truck and it sucked up gas to the tune of over 400$. And I know that that the motor gets hot but this one was very very hot and we had to put blankets and a pillow to absorb.some of the heat. We have rented this size before and compare to the other one we rented this one was a rough ride.
Jacqueline GI reserved a truck and equipment over a month prior for a move 300 miles away. At my over the phone check in, I was informed the equipment (that I needed to do the move) wasn't available. Several hours later and countless calls and being transferred to uninterested CSRs, I decided to take the truck and go buy the equipment myself from uhaul. I go to home depot and spend the extra money I didn't have, only to open the truck and see that the equipment I originally reserved was inside the freaking truck. Hours wasted and stress levels through the roof because Roy's never bothered the check their own equipment. Everything I needed was there the whole time, but I was told it wasn't.
Michael GThis U-haul approved location responded quickly to reservation & phone call. I received professional service. This approved sight was only 7 miles from the apartment. Please give instructions on how to return the key to the truck. The key was not placed in the locked box properly. It took 5 minutes to unlock the box because it was jammed.
