U haul changed my pickup location the evening before to a closed location. I had to use the app to get the truck . I had to speak to at least 4 different people to get the app to work . It was well over an hour before I could get the truck . We could not get all of our things and had to leave our stove and refrigerator because the dolly I rented was not in my rental . The app is terrible and kept freezing up . It is not my phone because it’s brand new. Very disappointed.

This UHAUL physical location was fine. The app was horrible! I rented a UHAUL truck at a different location a couple of years ago and had a very similar experience. That location was also fine but the app was terrible! You can improve things by hiring a human and getting rid of the app.

Ulysses BellI rented the truck and put my nephew as the driver. We'll, he ran two loads for me from our old house to our new house. The day after he was supposed to be off, but with the weather starting to turn, he got called to work. My bonus daughter was in on leave so I asked her to take the truck back since my nephew was called to work and we wouldn't make the 3 o clock drop off. Well she took the truck back and got a lecture because her name wasn't on the contract. First, it was not the driver's fault he got called to work. 2nd, it wasn't my daughters fault i asked her to drive the truck back. It was mine. 3rd. I had no idea it was a federal offense for someone to drive it from coopershill rd to the drop off. The professionaìl thing to have done was for them to call me since I asked them to take it back. When I called, I was told I should have called before she got behind the wheel. My daughter is an e5 in the navy and I thought there would be no problem driving it no more than 5 miles to turn it in for me. I felt threaten3

While I understand Sulphur was hit hard by Laura, you chose to be open for rentals. If you do not or cannot answer your phone to assist stranded customers who had to wait for an hour onsite with a 71 year old woman in the hot sun, then you should not have opened.

Tamara PressleyWhen a customer brings a truck back 24hrs before his time is up and turns the key in 2hrs before his time is up because I was told that bringing the truck back early does not save me money, that customer should not have to be fined 20 to 30 dollar because Uhaul, who claimed they attempted to contact me but was unsuccselful made copies of the truck key then put an extra fee on my account. Never go to sulphur's Uhaul again

Austin PayneHad my reservation switched last minute to a different location across town, there was nobody available at the location during the advertised hours of operation, the check in process via the Uhaul app was a terrible experience as they are in a low cell coverage area, the truck was disgustingly dirty upon pickup, the cab was full of white dog hair and dog food and the covered bed had clumps of mud scattered about. The appliance dolly I requested and paid for was not provided. Had a terrible experience with Uhaul customer service after being COLD transferred to 4 different departments while trying to submit a complaint. Was unable to complete the online drop off via the Uhaul app nor would it allow me to submit any compliants. I will be contacting customer service for refunds as what I was charged for services that I did not receive.

Linda DempseyI had spoken to the lady to make arrangements to drop the trailer off late bc I was at work. She assured me that it would be fine. She didn't tell me she was going to charge for an extra day. Plus she tacked on a cleaning charge. I have pictures of the trailer when I dropped it off. It was clean. So I ended up getting charged an extra $50 on one of their smallest trailers. CLEARLY squeezing out every dollar possible is more important than customer service. Hope losing business was worth the extra $50. I'm definately going to blast this place on all possible social media. Just another prime example of corporate American greed.

During this time the customer service from this location was extremely friendly & would have been happy to help but the equipment was not available. Even through I wasn't able to rent what I actually wanted these 2 ladies were GREAT!

Betty FosterGive the customer what they ask for. I had to wait an hour to pick my truck because they did not get one to my preferred location. The pick up location did not open as early as my preferred. Neither location had the utility dolly that was requested at time of reservation. It cost me 59 dollars to buy one...unacceptable and I feel a reimbursement would be appropriate. Truck was not full of fuel when I picked it up costing me more delay in getting loaded and on the road. I am not happy with the service I was provided. I recieved a call the night before I was to pick up advising of location change...I gave you guys two weeks to get what I asked for and it was nothing out of the ordinary. Very dissatisfied.
TERRY HIBBARDThis was a 24 hr drop off location, so we were able to drive up after hours which made it convenient for us. There was a key box and slot for a copy of our contract. We left the rental truck in the lot and I received a receipt through my email. I was a little concerned because things are different from years ago when I have rented before, but it turned out to be much better than before. Things were very smooth on both ends (picking up and dropping off). The last thing I want to worry about when moving is the truck. That is the thing I need to be able to depend on. Also, another company which I will leave nameless wanted to charge me double.
