I do not like that there was no drop box. I dropped the truck on Friday . I came back on Monday and the keys were still in the truck. I called uhaul 4 times and never received help. I then had to go back a 3rd time to do a return on my phone. Lost 3 days and 3- 2 hour tripsJOSEPH S.
The truck was not parked on concrete. It was in an area where mud and dirt could get on the customer's shoes and end up in the truck. Also, the word-lock was extremely difficult to work with. The latch on the lock was very hard to turn.Roger G.

Everything was fine here when I dropped off the U-Haul and the people were nice, but they did not check my U-Haul in until a couple days after I returned it so I was charged double. I originally paid $150 for a one way trip from Sunday-Monday and I dropped the truck off on Monday morning at noon and it wasn't due back until 4pm and the people there didn't check the truck back in until Wednesday at 11am so I was charged an additional $125 when I shouldn't have been. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold for almost 30 min to finally get them to reverse the charges and now I won't have the money back in my bank account for 3-5 business days. This was very inconvenient and frankly unprofessional. I just moved in to a new house and am starting a family and $125 isn't money that can just be played around with for me right now. They should honestly give me back like 10-15% of what I originally paid for having to wait for the money to go back into my bank account...SCOTT R.
My rental was reserved on a Monday to be picked up on a Thursday. I requested 2 add ons to help with my move. This location informed me that they didn't have them available upon pickup as well offered an appliance dolly as a â€œsubstituteâ€. The asked if the replacement doesn't work will I still be charged? They said no and I was INDEED charged for the replacement appliance dolly. Wouldn't recommend this location to my enemy on my worst day. 0/10.Harold H.
Ensure you are not overcharging your customers for items (i.e. fuel) that were returned at the proper level.Corey G.
