The online return process is a bit much with the picture taking. Myself and my husband rented the truck however, when I tried to do the online return it kept asking me to take the pictures instead of allowing me to upload you have to take the photos while sitting there. It is not convenient when your returning and the location is closed. Thank goodness I had not left the lot because it was a drag having to keep going back to get the information the returned required. I understand they have some not so honest people but it kills the customers that are.Eric B.

My rental time was for 6 hours and I was told my reservation would update with my pickup time when I arrive to location for pickup. Upon arrival I was told a reservation was made for 4p by another customer and I needed to return truck by 330p. I returned the truck at 340p with more gas then initially in tank. The bed of the truck was full of sheetrock crumbs. My furniture was ruined by the sheetrock crumbs. The oil change light is on gave me anxiety, but the location was great. Why should I pay for 6 hours when I wasn't allowed to use it.Freda J.

Royal Carwash employee (Joe?) did not identify himself as an employee of Royal and did not introduce himself. He simply walked up to me from "somewhere" (not the office) with another gentleman and ask of I was turning in the keys. I was very hesitant because they appeared to come from across the street and had no identifying clothing, name tags, etc. He became frustrated that I questioned confirmation that he was an employee of Royal and asked if I wanted him to call his boss, which he did. I spoke with the manager/owner and he confirmed that "Joe" was his employee and that he understood my concerns about the process, given my liability for the vehicle. I was still somewhat hesitant, as Joe did not ask any questions about the vehicle, did not complete a vehicle walk around with me, etc. Basically, none of the things that the paperwork/labels in the truck said should happen with an in-person return(not after hours) happened. I tried to complete the online self check-in but received an error message over and over again so I was unable to complete. I received an email that the return was completed but the entire process lacked professionalism and left the very uncomfortable leaving the vehicle.Eric D.

The guy in the place was very rude. Then I ordered a furniture dolly which they did not even have available and then charged me for it. It's not a uhaul type store. There was no equipment. They didn't have the hand trucks a needed or the truck.Eric D.
No Uhaul Rep on site. Reserved car trailer not available. No paperwork. Car was secured by Car Wash Tech?!?! and came off within a mile. I Immediately took the trailer back. Called the local rep 4 times that day to insure that the trailer was taken off of my bill and stocked in new Orleans. That never happened. The worst and most dangerous personal business experience of my life. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING HERE!!!!Robert L.

I really think the uhaul was rigged. I put $20 in gas For the truck and the meter did not move. I also have a problem with the owner as well. He changed my reservation I booked a 10â€ truck for 12 hours and he gave me a 15â€ for 8 hours. The owner also was unprofessional. We returned the rental truck, and the person saw us and was at the truck immediately to check use out. We had 66 miles included in the rental, and we went 69 miles. We waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come out. The first truck windshield wipers were broke and it was raining. Then we had to wait to get a new truck. We were supposed to get a credit but didn't and instead was charged extra for gas. The reservation was for 11a and we didn't leave until 12:15.Vernon P.
