The trailer was not checked at all at the location. I cleaned it and according to the inside of the trailer I to receive $15 off for bringing it clean. Problem is how does that work when it wasn't even checked?ANN MARIA J.

I reserved a 10' truck at another location several months ago. The day before pickup I received a call from Uhaul changing the location. The day of pickup I received another call changing to a 3rd location. Apparently the 2nd location is closed on Mondays so not sure why your rep changed my reservation to that location. I went to location #3 (Premier C Store) on pickup day and the owner was not there. I called Uhaul and was given a 4th pickup location which worked out fine except they only had a 15' foot truck. The entire process was shit. I'll never use you guys again.Charles M.

The hidden fees are not professional and makes me not want to do business with uhaul it would be fine if all the charges were discussed before hand but to be hit with a bill that is $45 ($20 service fee $25 cleaning fee) higher than discussed leaves a bad taste. Being upfront with the billing would give me a better opinion of the way you do businessJohn E.
Truck tank was not full, did not have pads and dolly requested upon arrival and was only provided 6 of pads requested. Returned vehicle with more fuel than was in when I picked it up. There was excessive noise when telling the trailer on the road. I used a hitch rattling device but it did not well. It will be a great improvement if U-Haul will provide a device to stop this rattling nice noise. GraciasDaniel W.

Your representative was rude and unconcerned with my needs and not helpful at all. I needed a 10 ft. truck only to be told the one in the parking lot was not available therefore leaving me the only choice of a 15 ft. truck which ended up being too big for the table I needed to transport. Needless to say the table is ruined. Of all of my years dealing with U-Haul this was the worst experience I've ever had.SHAWNA D.

The app did not work well at all. It kept crashing when I got part of the way through the pick-up and drop-off process, and after trying the return process for 20+ minutes and having to re-take pictures multiple times I ended up just going inside and asking them to take care of it, even though I had signed up for the mobile app pick-up/drop-off to avoid interaction with someone due to COVID-19. Other than this, the truck was great!David M.

The store location and customer service is great. The Uhaul truck I rented was a little dirty but an easy clean. I do however have major complaints against the placement of the dolley within the truck. This should have been placed on the driver's side wall next to the fuel tank input so as to maximize space used.NOAH M.

You need to be more transparent on pricing. You specifically stated that I had the rental for three days due to the mileage but if I turned it in same day the price would reduce. That was a lie. Also I never received information on where to drop it and had to research and call a location near my destination and make sure that they could receive the unit.Stuart W.
