Julie VThere was a homeless person that camped out in the back of the uhaul. Have food and blankets. The uhaul dealer had to sweep out the back.
Haley WWe paid a cash deposit because of the type of card that we were using and we're told that we would get cash back when we returned the truck when we returned the truck it was at an antique store and the person refused to give the cash back so we were told they were going to have to wait for a check in the mail very disappointing.

Shawn OBetter parking at this location is needed. Had to park my vehicle in adjacent lot to register to pick up dolly which worried me and had to keep running back a couple of times since i was worried about my vehicle getting towed since i didnt know if it was private parking. The dolly was dirty and should be cleaned when renting them to people in addition to damage on dolly which I reported upon inspecting it .
Adam GTest drive your vehicles on the highway before you rent them, I had a very unpleasant experience and was afraid for my safety as well as my children's, I had to pull over several times and I called the customer service line and U haul was closed, so i was unable to receive assistance plus l was on a time schedule, the many stops made me late and i wss imposed a fee not only with Uhaul for $6 for mileage difference but also with a previous landlord for not bring able to meet my deadline because i was afraid of using the truck twice.

Antonin SPlace signs on the main road indicating that u-haul rentals are at that location. I looked it up online and was very confused when I drove passed the store multiple times and didn’t see any indication of anything u-haul related advertising. The truck was in perfect condition and the rental process was simple. I think a text with the link to begin the return process would be helpful when you get close to your return timeframe too, I almost put the keys in the drop box without staring the return process. Very happy with my overall experience.
