Location is fine, but the online via mobile app for return didn't work and I had to go inside to get the clerk to help me with the return. The app got to the screen where it was trying to find my location and froze. This happened on several attempts. I even tried again after clerk provided me with the locations wifi information. Still with the same results.

Laura BrownWas pulled over for no “exhaust” . I was made to feel as if I stole the truck with the area manager asking me “how did I get the keys” obviously the store clerk gave them to me btw . The area manger called my phone two times in a row while I was in a meeting at work . And to top it off was charged for fuel when I top it off before giving it back . Leaving the gas hand where it was when I picked it up. Can’t remember area mangers name . But completely ridiculous how he’s running this .
Kailey McFallThe associate at the store was great. She had only worked there for a couple of months and did not know if they took u haul returns. She worked diligently to find out if they did and how to proceed. She was able to complete the check in, in a timely manner without knowing how to do it. This store should be happy to have her.
tyron thompsonWell the drop-off was horrible. The app took me to the wrong address. Which caused me to back track and cost me 10 extra dollars. I will definitely not recommend Uhaul to anyone after this horrible experience.
