the person who helped is kinda rude and doesn't really care about customer service. it's almost as if we are bothering him. too many extra side charges. i dont think i will use uhaul on our next move.

The validation process took so long and was so hard to contact that I love half n hour of my time that I paid for for moving. Was very unhappy with the initial check-in process but the rest was overall a good experience.

Have a larger sign out front and show on the sign that the trucks are parked in the rear of the location.

Give more clear information about miles magermant, and tell how much gas the van using, because we've payed $15 FOR 17 miles, and this is kind of strange, because it is not a tank

The service that they provide was friendly and fast, definitely recommend it, find the place is a little confusing but once in there the owner or manager take care of everything. I was using the phone to order my truck online, it take some time then I call and the owner or manager offer to help me, it was a pleasure renting the truck with them!!!

As soon as I got in it said rear right tire was flat. Why did I get a vehicle with low tire pressure to begin with? I then had to add miles to put air, and after I pumped air and checked it still said the tire pressure was low. I kept trying and checked all the tires but the signal never went away. Apart from that, the fuel tank was low to begin with so I put gas, and when I returned it as it was given I got charged for fuel? I also requested a dolly and never received one but was still charged for it. Why? I was very disappointed and unsatisfied today. And should not have been charged these amounts. I will be disputing them.

ChARGED A $10 CLEANING FEE, WHEN TRUCK WAS LEFT AS CLEAN AS IT WAS AT START OF RENTAL.

The truck was dirty in the back. The parking lot was poorly lit and the trucks were too close together making it nearly impossible to get into the truck. I was charged for an additional day and a cleaning fee. I dropped the truck of on time, clean.

DO NOT rent a Uhaul truck or van from this location. Rented a van that was supposed to be $19.99 for 6 hours, got the $10 insurance and was somehow charged $91. I've used Uhaul services at least 10 times over the years and have NEVER had this happen. I was charged a $15 cleaning fee??? Never had that happen once before. Called the manager directly and left him a voicemail, he hasn't bothered returning my call. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

Have accurate info re truck. When I booked the reservation on 800 number I was told Van took 26 gallons and git 20 mpg. In reality the Van held 31 gallons and got 16 mpg.

They could be nicer. They are lacking in customer service. Both picking up and returning made me feel like I was bothering them. I love Uhaul but did not feel like I was renting from Uhaul this time. I will not go back to this facility.

Gas tank not to the proper level. Guy told me not to worry about it, they don't charge for Gas??????????????? Right next to a Weed Bong Shop so they must be smoking some. I took photos and have proof levels were maintained. Charged me a $15 service fee for cleaning nothing. This isn't the Weed business, be ethical dummies!!!

I didn’t receive the dolly I requested, and then got a call afterwards asking where it was, and I had to explain to them and that one of his employees walked me straight to the truck, gave me the keys and that was it. I had assumed the dolly was in the back but upon arriving to my apartment it wasn’t.

The company needs to inspect the vehicles more thuroughly after each customer returns the vehicle. Our van had trash left over inside of it and smelled absolutely horrific. The odor was so strong that it made our furniture smell. The smell was most likely animal urine, and made even driving the vehicle difficult for the entire experience. We tried calleding multople times to report/change the vehicle, but after nearly 30 minutes we did not get through and we needed the vehicle.

There were hidden costs. They convieniently didn’t mention $1.09 per mile driven. Definitely was not a good experience.

when I arrived to pick up my reserved truck the location was closed. I was not late, I was a 1/2 hour early. When I called, I was told, my money would be refunded. I needed a truck to move, not to be sent to another location or have my money refunded.

Feel ripped off. The truck was 29 but I paid over 70 plus got charged a bullshit cleaning fee for moving a couch in a box Plus another’ 20 for gas. 90 total. Should have just had the couch delivered Live and learn

I rented because my truck had bad windshield wipers. I was driving on freeway and it started raining and these windshield wipers were so bad that it made my view way worse than if I just let rain fall. This is absolutely rediculous for a rental company to be giving out dangerously maintained vehicles. Then he said there is going to be a $10 cleaning fee, it has nothing to do with windshield wipers.. no consideration to the fact that they were in the wrong.. I probably won't ever use uhaul again and stick to my own truck.

I placed the order online and didn’t select insurance but was charged for it anyways. After sending an email, you guys are still saying I selected it when I know 200% that I didn’t. I’ve rented cars and U-Hauls many times and make sure never to select it because I have my own insurance. My quote only was only $64.45 ($19.95 for the U-Haul plus approx .89 for 50mi that I estimated). Definitely no $14 for the insurance. Then after asking to use a different card (the one I put on file online), they still charged the card my dad had in person which caused an overdraft charge. The customer service online through Mr. Newhouse was disappointing.

Upon rental, I declined “Safe Move”, questioned why the printout I was given said 1/4 tank, when the truck only had 1/8th of a tank of gas, and asked if returning “after hours” the night of our rental would still count as “1 day” rental. I was told, “no problem, Safe Move declined. You won’t be charged,” “1/4 is the standard print to show how the gauge works, obviously, you’re only responsible for returning it with the same gas it has now,” and, “of course. Before opening time the next morning is considered same day.” I was then charged $28 for Safe Move (which the rental agent told me was $10/day, *and* I had declined), 2 full days rental (for 12.5 hours), and $39.50 for gasoline (despite returning the truck with *exactly the same amount of gas it had in it when it was rented to me. I have the contract proving I declined Safe Move, timestamped photos of the fuel gauge at pick up and drop off, proving the same amount of gas was in the tank when it was returned, and the pickup and drop off times documented. They overcharged me. Charged me an extra day when I have video proof I brought it back in 3 hours. Also overcharged me for blankets, charged for 24 when I used 12, I also have evidence of that. I need to speak to someone about getting the charges fixed please 909-217-5853- Josh

Be carefoul with them. Just return about half an hour later and got charged 60$ extra. The guy told us:,,dont worry if u come late they just charge you 20$ for an extra day". And than I see 60$ charge, I guess for half an hour I paid the rental,the inssurance plus mileage again.
