Need to hire staff with sense of customer service , We were happy with u haul for last two time within month but this time at this location service was very poor and unrealistic, guy at this location charge us twice just for fueling and even he had no idea what the hell he was doing, And when customer service called him he lied to them as well and was telling them that we returned late so he charged us for second time. The person who runs this uhaul is not fair, he try to trick people who rent uhaul from so many different ways to make our payment bigger, i tented a cargo van and when I returned it he put cleanup chagrs on my bill and the only knly mess in his van was 4 tiny pieces of paper and he put 75$ For gas when i drove on 50KMjoban jeet S.

Horrible! He made me wait an extra 2 hours then told he couldn't help and told me to calling uhaul number after giving up, had to do so and was able to get it. He didn't have the equipment i asked for and told me to get it at another city... Was given the wrong info and the tank was at 8th to empty but put down quarter to empty so i had to get 40$ in gas before and had to rush and didn't get to have walkthrough and was just handed the keys. i should of record the info myself but 4 others were waiting that was 2 hours late. Also he put wrong info and had to call round where drop off the truck. Still not gotten an answer about this issue. Im paying an extra 44$ for gas, unreasonable to ask me to pay for almost 100$ for gas when i did two trips... I don't want to be that guy but this place really needs to know what they did wrong so this doesn't happen again.Jordan H.

They should open as scheduled online. The worst thing is they charged me extra around 15 dollars. I returned the truck with the same level of gas and they charged me 10 bucks unnecessarily and there was already 3 miles on the truck as on paper they gave me have 3 miles lower.Jobanjeet S.

Clarify details on charges. Or changes. Option for email from previous customer. As to when the truck will be dropped off. Or phone call to confirm the time of drop off for next customer picking up.GEORGE R.

When we got there people seemed confused and didn't expect us. The guy taking care of us was around 30 minutes late. The process of renting the van was long. I ordered two Dolly's and they weren't even available so we had to go to a different location! They didn't even notify the other location that we were coming and what we needed which led to some confusion, since they normally don't rent the dolly without the trucks. When we went back to drop off the truck no one was there at the end of the day. Except for some lady waiting in the parking lot to take the keys. I asked if I should sign anything but she said there was no need. It didn't feel professional at all.Lia D.
The Father is very different of the son. I booked the Cargo Van online and called Royal Auto-body in one day before pick up that I will come around 10.30 am. Next day they called me at 10:48 am said if I will not come in 15 minutes they will rent the Van. I was surprised as I already paid online. Another issue when returning the Van, Father said there is damage on the side of the Van, I was surprised then after checking he changed his words that these are black dirt around the stickers on the side of the van (exactly 24/7). I was shocked and very upset and he said I have to pay extra $25 for cleaning. I took a tissue and cleaned it in front of him, still insisting. We had a very sharp conversation, I said I will not pay and I need a report from UHaul. After one hour of noise and talk as both were speaking in their language (not English) this was ended and I only paid what I should pay. It is a family owned small shop 10 X 20 feet with very unprofessional practice, asking for extra money by any means.Amin K.
The staff has no idea how to use your system. And when asked if they could fill out the paper work so I could get my deposit back they said you don't need to be here.... Now 2-3 days later I'm being given an email stating that my deposit/refund will be given back to me in the form off a CHECK... IN ONE WEEK! PLEASE TEACH THEM HOW TO USE YOUR SYSTEM also my signature isn't on any of the return paper work so not sure how this is proper at all?!Tyler K.
