The office was closed. I had to use the lockbox. Total nightmare. It took me 2 hours to get the box open after about 4-5 calls. I was placed on hold several times after holding for 30 minutes the calls would drop. My call was finally answered by a very nice helpful lady after two hours. U-Haul conversated me for my inconvenience. With that being said I truly believe the gauges are rigged. They attempted to charge me about $45-50 for gas. I had put $10 in the truck which was a slight inch from where it was when I received the truck on 1/4 tank I took a picture before I left. I bought gas around the corner from the return location. I had to add $10 additional dollars which the gadget barely moved. Totally rip off. Totally $20 extra for gas. For 3 minutes around the corner from the drop off. I underestimate the milages but was still charged. Plus the website ask I think $15 for insurance. I declined but the was going to charge $45. Please watch those boxes. I will unchecked and somehow get readded. Please, please watch your credit card. Add it yourself. I was told by two reps that I could do it myself. Read between the lines. 🙄 They should not be allowed to ask a customer for their credit card number. NEVER..

Absolutely horrible experience. They tried telling me that I didn’t have a reservation, they didn’t have the two dollys that I ordered, they tried charging me almost three times the amount of my reservation. I ended up having to call the 800 number and then magically my reservation and original price was found. I do NOT recommend going here at all!

I turned in the uhaul on the day that my pickup receipt outlined. I was charged an extra day without knowing about it and the personnel did not deliver this information. I would not recommend this location.

Notify customers when you are going to be closed. Was a horrible experience trying to do everything over the phone. Uhaul called me 2 days before to tell me my location for pickup had changed, not my choice, but neglected to tell me they'd decided to take a 5 day holiday weekend. Never again!

The only thing was trying to use our phone to confirm and complete the process of finishing the check in. We started at 7:05, and finally finished at about 9:00. The truck was clean and easy to drive. But the check in and drop off was very stressful and difficult.

Make sure the trucks and equipment are road ready. The trailer had 2 tires on right side needed air, both were down to 31 pounds. The truck had no pick-up, also the transmission would slip from high speed to low speed on it's owning the middle of running on flat areas of the road and if it was climbing it change speed and would want to change back. Also had fill it with gas 5 times on the trip.

The staff that I interacted with were very helpful and competent. This review is specifically regarding the rental truck and not the employees. The 20' truck I received was clean and looked good, unfortunately there was something wrong with the transmission. While driving the engine RPM's would rev up and the transmission would not change to the next gear. I was having to manually change gears by letting off the gas pedal completely so that the transmission would shift to the next gear after a pretty rough jerk that vibrated through the whole truck. First gear to second gear was ok, second to third, third to fourth etc was NOT. I was scared it was going to break down. It also started to smell strongly of engine oil when the truck got up to speeds of 50+MPH so we had to roll down the windows. Thankfully I was able to make it to my location but after emptying the contents I quickly decided to drop off the Uhaul after use instead of the following day.

Truck wouldn’t downshift regularly while on an incline, and would almost constantly stay above 3,000 rpm’s (regardless if tow/haul option was engaged or not) even on level roads. Without anything loaded in the truck for 35 of the 55 miles traveled, still took 12 gallons to refill tank (averaged less than 5 MPGs). Alerted ownership about issues with the truck when I returned it.

My rental truck gas Guage was sitting on EMPTY..Did not notice till couple miles down the road..it was 8 miles to nearest gas station Suffice to say I was not happy about that..just to know I filled the tank to Full ..other then that overall good experience..

I found the place nice and folks were helpful and everything was good except I payed too much. I thought I was going to be charged one day rental over the weekend and had to pay two days. They were not open to return Saturday or Sunday. I ask before I picked up Friday afternoon and was told to bring back Monday morning. I delivered 15 minutes after business opening and they charged me two days. I spoken with other renters and all charged just one day

I took pictures of inside the cab, it nasty! Mud & Dirt on floor, spilt coffee stains in seat and a USED FACE MASK left behind from previous. Then when I returned it, I marked "No" on the question asking if it was clean and ready for the next rental". By doing this it charged a me $25.00 dollar clean fee. I really hope this charge gets taken off. feel free to call me - I have pictures prior to pickup showing it was not clean for me.

Coordination between Uhaul and the business owner is essential, We had to wait 45 minutes to get our truck because the only person that could help us went out to get breakfast before we got there. Then they wanted us to use 24/7 but couldn't assist us in getting into it, so we had to just wait. Very inconvenient when dealing with moving timelines.

They went out of their way to satisfy me as a customer. My reservation was cancelled for unknown reasons overnight. I did not know it until I pulled up the next morning and saw it was cancelled. I needed a truck that day to move in to my new apartment, and the truck I originally reserved was unavailable. Round Boyz went out of their way to make my day; they let me use a larger available truck for the same rate as the smaller one. Even though there was extra space when I was finally packed, we were able to move and get unpacked by that evening. They went above and beyond to resolve this issue and I recommend them 100%.

This was the only pleasant part of my experience with U-haul. The person that helped me was very nice and got me on my way quickly. I only say I wouldn't recommend it cause I would not recommend U-haul to anyone after my experience on this day.

My contract indicated drop off by Monday 21 Dec, which I did and after getting home got a notification that my credit card was charged for an extra day. At the very least I'd expect to be informed at the drop off location of the additional charge. I filed a claim with UHaul and the charges were reversed but the point is to keep the customer informed, especially if there are going to be more charges.
