RICK RMy containers arrived early, outside my window. I had to call to get my window then call back to say it is too early I need them to wait 30 minutes, i raced ro meet the containers and they were dropped with no one in sight. We could barely get them open because they were screwed with brackets shut that no one told us about. When they were picked up, again I never received a time window but the person didn't arrive for almost 2 hours after I received the text that they were on the way. Communication was extremely poor on this end.
Nicole FOur reservation for this truck was changed to another location without notifying us! If we had not checked on it the day before our trip would have been delayed by several hours! Thankfully, the lady at the original site, Murrells Inlet (Rotts Tire Auto Service, helped us and got us back on track. She was wonderful! We are very thankful to her.

CARL BI would like to comment on how fast, easy and friendly the return process took. Kudos to the representative at this location. She performed the return check in minutes and had us out the door in 5 minutes. Highly recommended - A+++

Mindi WWas expecting someone to be ready to load our vehicle on the Transport, but was initially referred to the web site to watch some videos. However, they eventually loaded it for me and charged $20 which was reasonable.

VICTOR OThe trailer was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Submitted paper work electronically via my phone which took just a few minutes. He connected the trailer, checked lights and I was gone in less that 10 minutes. Drop off was just as easy. He was with another customer so I backed the trailer in where I picked it up from, & unhooked it. He said he would email the paper work. Simple, fast, and hassle free.

THOMAS WEverything was great! One of the few times I was able to reserve at the rental site. Corporate 800 numbers always gives people the runaround and they don’t understand the local uhaul dealership inventory management
John DPersonnel were very helpful. Wayne dropped what he was doing and helped us back in, park in the correct place and unhooked the trailer for us. The car had shifted on the trailer so that one safety chain was very tight and Wayne crawled under and freed the chain for us. The auto transport trailer is well designed. It pulled smoothly and did not sway. Thank you Wayne.

karl pNothing to do with this particular location, but U-Haul itself. I reserved a 15’ truck to pick up at 9am on Saturday August 11th. I was running late and contacted the location to inform them at which time I was told that truck wasn’t due back until 11:15am. The location owner was fantastic and accommodated me with a 26’ truck for the same price, but U-Haul should not have allowed me to book a truck for pickup at 9am that was not due back until over 2 hours later.

Raymond PNo place to park truck when returning. Showed woman the bald tires and she said the minimum tread was acceptable by uhaul standards. She came out to inspect truck, bit I told her not to bother as inspection never done at pickup. This was a horrible rental experience. You got your truck back much cleaner than I received it. Very sad.

JAMES SExplain additional costs in renting a UHaul. I rented 10ft.truck for $19.95. Returned it in about 5 hours. Total billed was $44.85. I see what I was charged for and I did say yes to insurance, but total was a surprise! Suggest more of explanation of costs when renting. Add'l comments....truck and service at Rotts were very good.
