Well when I picked it up I wasnt provided any paperwork and was told to "refer to my email if there was an issue". I was told gas was at 7/8 but it was on 3/4. When I dropped it off in NC the guy was so surprised no paperwork was provided. Not to mention after packing it up and 10 mins into my trip, the truck just turned off for no reason. Not a great way to start. When i unloaded the truck my contents inside the back were wet and my mattress sucked up a ton of water and is stained. My jacket and suitcase somehow got wet as well inside the cab of the truck. My Uhaul experiences are usually shitty but this was the worst by far.

I had 2 Uboxes that were to go from Denver to SC. One box arrived as scheduled and the other was sent to South Dakota. Won't be in SC for another week. Uhaul agreed to not charge me for the remaining balance but the whole experience and many lengthy phone calls made this an unpleasant experience all-around.

The explanation that your company does not assist with the loading of the vehicle should be explained more, I was under the impression that your company would be assisting me because I was told to bring the vechicle there for assistance loading and the inspection and I was all by myself took me two hours to figure out how to load and strap the vechicle, the pieces that tighten the strap were not easily functioning.

Cleaned out the inside of the trailer before return. It had dried mud in the front and in other areas. Right rear tail light was not working even though tech said it was. It was only not working when the headlights were on. Did not receive text from this location that trailer was to be picked up there. Went to 1104 Water Ave Surfside Beach SC (did receive text from this location) and the gentleman there found out that is was at Rotts location. He called Rotts and talked to a lady about the trailer. He told her that Rotts needed to inform me that it was to be picked up there and she responded unprofessionally to him. Even though I had a reservation at Rotts, myuhaul.com did not reflect the reservation on my dashboard. Other than the above, the service was Excellent.

Booked my reservation online, but lack of communication between pick up locaation and uhaul not very good, had to spend a lot of time on the phone with both Rotts and Uhaul - in the end ubox arrived a day early and in perfect condition

Received an auto transport trailer with a burned out taillight and a torn in half tire strap. No one ever checked the quality of the equipment before handing it off to the next customer. Extremely inconvenient to try to fix the trailer or swap it out for a different one while in the middle of moving with a deadline to meet. Horrible location that is NOT recommended!

Location was good but U- Haul never contacted me prior to pick up. The location service people were very helpful and I would recommend them highly.

When a customer declines insurance add on, please don’t add it anyway. I didn’t realize the additional charge until I returned the tow dolly. I was in a hurry and should have double checked the paperwork.

Very disappointed with the reservation was made using uhaul.com booked it for hwy17 because it was close to my 80 year old parents place who I was help move. I was moved to Surfside Beach the day before, called uhaul to change back to place I wanted Matthew gave me a hard time, I actually canceled reservation called back spoke to Rachel who fixed everything. Well then I get a text where they changed my location again, Then I wanted a 15 foot truck had to take a 20 foot truck and pay more money than planned. Very poor service other than Rachel.

U Haul 6 x 12 trailer equipment needed to be overhauled or replaced. Door was hard to close and rain water was able to penetrate around the bottom of the door due to poor seal.

My deadline for return was 1/25/19 by 6pm. I returned the trailer at 5:45pm. The next morning, the employee finally got around to processing my return at 9:04am (obviously right when they opened the next day) and thus charged me for an extra day. This was THEIR screw up and I got screwed out of 30 bucks! I will not rest until they fix this. Totally unsatisfied!!!!! Y’all better refund that bull crap extra day charge!!!

The place is a tire busuness with very limted parking.Its a mess to get in and out of. We pick from the list of movers you gave us and they broke furinture and the owner called us and said he would come look at it We have called him several times and he wont answer the phone and he never showed up.WE tried to give him a bad rating,it wont let us do it. we lost a 1800.00 piece of furinture.Screen your list of mover more closely!!!!!!!!!
