The location was absolutely fine, meaning the people operating. The location were very wonderful to deal with. But calling Uhaul and finding a location without having to drive for an hour or more was difficult. People on the phone are very unfamiliar with the location in which I need to find a rental. It cost me a couple of hours of extra driving to get a trailer for my needs. And it could’ve been much more driving. Haddow not kept asking the same question about the location.

Marc KEmployee was new and unfamiliar with u-haul return procedures but immediately contacted his boss and we worked through it pleasantly and quickly.

Nikki YThey didn’t even now how to properly connect the trailer and send me on the highway with incorrectly secured trailer. I had to call 4 times to get the contract in my email. They didn’t properly explained how to return the trailer in my destination . It seems the owner is on a trip and has put a guy that doesn’t know anything in charge. It is absolutely irresponsible as their ignorance could directly impact people’s life.
Seyed HFirst my pick up location was moved to this location which was 50km away from the original location I booked it. I arrived and there were a line up of 4 trucks, 3 trucks in absolute clean condition, the 4th which of course was mine, looked like it was driven through a swamp. It was completely caked with mud. The Moving dolly I had preordered was not there and when I asked about it the man told us they don’t have equipment at that location only the vehicles themselves.

Jeff AI had complained to UHAUL twice the second time I requested a manager to phone me - they NEVER did. i was told I could drop off at Blaine Lake three times - I booked it online for drop off at BLAINE LAKE - i was told by your extremely rude customer service rep on the 800 number that this location was holding you hostage AND that the representatives do not know this ---- we had already had to drive over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle then had to drive another 30 minutes to drop it off - we had plans which this caused us to be late

Dan VThis location was an hour out of the city I had booked for pickup. It's a car wash. The operator was hard to understand. There was no credit card processor. I had to use the car wash office computer to enter my credit card information. Who know where that information has gone now.

Jesse ACustomer service was excellent, but unfortunately we had to wait around because of computer issues that need to be addressed for the employee to be able to access easier.
Tracey PI would not rent anything from this location . I was charged $2 a mile. I disputed this amount and the clerk automatically reduced it $1mile . In the end I was overcharged by $800 . Watch your invoice from this location . Kilometers not miles in Canada
