RUBEN GThere was a light blinking in the dashboard that they assured us was nothing. But when we refueled it leaked through, it was hard to fill it up, because it kept on leaking, so we had tom make more stops to keep fuling the unit. The unit was not in conditions to be rented.
Daniel TGentleman that helped me was great but the cargo trailer I had reserved was double booked and not returned in time. But another employee had gone out and brought one in just in time. Very helpful.

DIXIE CI was given a very old 5X8 that did not have one of the tie-down rails that was about waist high. Therefore, I could not tie tightly the stuff that I was hauling. It was very frustrating. Time was of the essence. I needed to get packing and traveling. I want some kind of refund/remuneration for being given that old and not maintained trailer. Also, it is next to impossible to get anyone on the telephone at the Sioux Falls store.

Soila SI couldn't find the location and the telephone number was not good - called three times and was told the number was not good - I instead took it to a U-Haul business on Pecan Avenue - they at first tried the phone number and couldn't get it and then tried to explain to me how to find the place on Ferguson, but then told me I could drop it off with them and they would take care of it, but they didn't have anyone who could unhook the trailer - I told them if they would take it, I would unhook it. And that's why I dropped it off with them.

LARRY SOne minor complaint--I got a truck with a fuel tank at 3/4. Why can't the standard be a full tank. Makes it so much easier for the customer--just fill up the tank and turn it in.

MICHAEL DLeft front truck tire was worn badly on outside edge. I informed the rental staff; to no avail. They told me to call the U-HAUL 800 number if I had tire troubles, while on the road. I needed the truck badly so left with the truck as is.

Jose TWhy do you put Speed Limit 55 on all of your trailers? I rented a 4x5 to go to McAllen, Tx for $170. I rented a 4x8 to return to El Paso for $120 to return to El Paso from the same location. Why????? Larger trailer for less money. Was I cheated? I hope to hear from you.

JOSE AWhenever I need a rental in the Pharr/McAllen area, I always use this location. The service is professional and polite, the equipment is always clean and easy to access.
MICHELLE BI told them I was going on 2000 mile trip ask them to make sure trailer was in good shape when towing through the mountians brakes on trailer felt like one of the rotors where out of round or had a high spot on the rotor
