No key drop off box. Spent almost an hour with Customer Service figuring out how to drop off key. Ended up, as per the SMS and customer service rep, leaving key under driver's seat. Do NOT use this location again as drop off.

Arletha JWe arrived for check-in and the attendant who is the owners husband had no idea how to help us. We completed the check-in online and asked what time they closed and he said 6, just drop the keys in the lockbox. My husband then received a call from the owner stating we had to have the truck back by 1pm because someone else had rented it. We picked up at 10AM. This rental was to be for an entire day. we were told we would be charged for an extra day if it wasn't returned by 1pm, the owner may need to find an attendant who is knowledgable of the rules and regulations. He wasn't helpful at all!

Jose RThe sales person was not knowledgeable, and had to call her " mom" for assistance. She also had a " friend" behind the counter with her and the both were on their personal phones while checking me out. The Uhaul did not have a utility dolly, nor was there an gas in the vehicle. This was the worst experience that I have had with Uhaul in over 30 years.

JOHN SVehicle is in terrible shape. In desperate need of exhaust work. Borderline unsafe to operate due to the noise and exhaust fumes. Seal on roll up door needs replacement as well.

Sarah HEven though the horrible condition of the truck was brought to the attention of the representative before leaving the site they still tried to charge me a cleaning fee. They also tried to charge a fuel fee when the amount of gas they said was in the vehicle was not. Please take pictures of everything before you leave and upon return. Pictures are the only thing that saved me from the almost $100 of additional fees they tried to charge me!

Melvin SThis Truck needs to be taken out of service. It vibrated and shook sometimes a violent shake. Had I hard time climbing even the smallest incline let alone mountains. Cargo area leaked and some boxes got wet. Time given to return truck was too small. I usually rent with UHaul but gonna have to rethink about it the next. And there will be a next time

I went to 4 locations prior to the one on fort Caroline and was about to just give up. I originally wanted a van but wasn't available so I got the next smallest thing and it was the perfect size. Juanita FMake sure your system is up to date. I rented a cargo van, but theirs was not working and she didn't know why I was able to reserve it using the online system. The lady was able to get a truck for me, but it was huge and not suited very well for the purpose. I was able to get my furniture moved but it slid around inside because the truck was so large. It wasn't the location's fault, but the system which apparently wasn't updated in a timely way.

Sara WThis place is very unprofessional. Lady at the front counter put the wrong miles that I asked for to use the rental on my paper. After using the truck and returning it on time with the amount of gas that was suppose to be added back to the truck my card was charged $63 and then again 2 weeks later for $68. Reached out to billing department for UHAUL and representative stated that the first payment was never taken out of my account. Reached out to my bank and pulled bank records and $63 came out the very next day when rental was returned. Representative stated she will get with her manager and see what they could do about refunding my money back for the $68. I get a call from the manager of UAHAL and she was very rude and very unprofessional. she informed me that the total cost for my UHAUL was $100. I'm very upset because that was not discussed when picking up the truck and the paper work I signed with my miles added was $63.00. The manager basically told me I wasn't getting my money back and was talking over me while I speaking the whole time. I am highly disappointed and very upset about this experience I will never rent from them again!

Evangelin WWhen I arrived the truck was on empty. The inside had blast ash all over the driver seat. There was dirt- sand on the steps on the entrance to the truck. She did not take a sheet to show any damages already on the truck I actually asked for the inspection. She gave me only a 35.00 credit for the empty tank but it took 62.00 to fill it up , lol . The truck once running sounded rough and I did not feel completely at ease it would make the trip to Florida .

Harold LThe clerk working at this site should not be taking personal calls while at work first of all, second she needs to learn how to hang a phone up when she's done, I had a problem with the truck so I tried calling her but to my dismay the phone continued to stay busy, so I had to waste time and miles and drive all the way back to the location I got the truck and find that she didn't hang the phone up all the way, I had an issue with the pad lock on the rear of the truck and couldn't get it open, that's why I eventually had to drive back with the phone constantly busy so she could figure out how to get the lock open, she also made it sound like it was my fault and in the conversation she had over the phone with the area manager she said this was the second time it has happened so she should have said something before I took the truck. She almost refused to walk outside because it was raining and said "I'm not going out in the pouring rain", I told her I am to use the truck and I'd like for you try fix this so I don't get charged for extra miles since you didn't hand there phone up correctly also I told her I have an umbrella so she went out. All in all I didn't like her unprofessional attitude and her lack of willing to go the extra mile. She has a bad attitude. I will never use this location again.

ROGER DU-Haul truck was on empty I had to immediately go get it filled up, it was dirty had a bunch of trash in the back, and the store was a mess.
Brandon LUhaul was rickety it took up a ton of gas it wasn't fuel efficient at all the pricing is extremely high in the first Uhaul I had was infested with ants and dirty there are no pieces in the U-Haul for you to strap a bungee cord to secure anything down and it's just leaves much to be desired I'm hoping that I don't have to use Uhaul again. But other than that the customer service people are very nice and they do what they can.
