Dan CI reserved an appliance dolly and a dozen furniture pads. When I picked up the truck, those items were NOT on the truck. I would not recommend this location since they could not completely fulfill my order.

Dennis PThe truck itself was horrible. Mr. Hilldabrand and Pat were excellent. They couldn’t find a small truck for me and they had to get another as quickly as possible. I was on a time limit, and they scrambled to get what they could. The truck didn’t have ac, the defrost didn’t work, the truck was filthy, the windshield was cracked and the people I dropped off to in florida called and said you left your folder in the truck with your receipts. Well I didn’t have a folder or receipts for a church, which showed it had not been clean previously. We hit really bad weather and I had to use my jacket to keep wiping off the windshield. It was storming so hard people were going 10 miles an hour if not less with their hazards on. Finally I called my daughter who I was following and said if you can see a hotel from the road pull over, I can’t see. So we did. It was an adventure for sure, but I do realize the trouble mr. Hildabrand and Pat went to to even make sure I could move my daughter with me. So for that I am grateful… just a scary trip and it cost me more for hotel I didn’t plan on… but we are home… and grateful.
Tina CHowever this truck is getting quite old. Possibly needs new tires and and gear shift would get stuck when trying to put it drive or reverse. Just something to look into. Could only go 69 MPH if you hit 70 the truck would shake.

adam gRoseland saved the day, I had actually reserved a 26ft truck 2 weeks ago at Elliott's for Mon 6/3, received a voicemail on Sat @ 1115 am stating I would have to go 20 miles further to get said truck in Seymour, I didn't get said vm til 330p as I work nights, they closed at noon, which is ridiculous imo, called Roseland at 930 on Mon and they were able to get me a 10 ft truck and not only saved the day but $ too and provided fast, friendly service. I will definitely use them again. Ty for such great customer service.
