There was no clear entering or exerting signs. I drive around the location twice trying to locate the office. Once I located it, no one was in the office. I called out hello several times and rang the desk bell. I finally had to walk into the shop area in the back and ask for help. One female employee called a male employee and then the male employee called a different female employee. It seemed like no one wanted to help. Finally the third employee asked me to park the traile in the yard. I had to help unhitch the U-Haul trailer since the other two employees didn't show up to help. It was a confusing mess. I will never use that U-Haul location again.juan E.

The guy who helped me was good. I'm pretty sure he was covering last minute for someone else who was out or sick or something, but people wise it was good. When I googled Rosedale Truck Trailer Rentals the address didn't match the actual location. But eventually figured that out. Got there are it was all locked up. Fortunately a guy on property spotted us and came and helped. It took a while to boot up the computer and find everything (30 min.) So it wasn't an awful experience, but could use some work. The online stuff through Uhaul was great - able to reserve what I needed ahead of time and it was indeed there for me.Brent K.

No walk around was done, such as lights working etc... It's a good thing we didn't drive at night as the tail lights weren't working, nor were the clearance lights. The folks were very friendly but seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. The whole place was a s***hole, everything in the office was broken down and dirty. It took them over an hour and a half to get us checked in and we were the only customers there. Never again! They did NOT represent the company well at all.Jennifer B.

Seems like everyone except the owners wife knows what their doing. I know she means well but she ends up giving more work to staff to clean up. I never rented from here but if you look on my profile I rent often. I know what to expect to pay. She overcharged me and her staff cleaned it up. I was overcharged $15 tooSuzette Galope G.

The truck wasn't ready, I had to load the appliance dolly and it was damaged. I'm glad I won't be needing uhaul services again. The woman behind the desk look bothered that she had to answer a question while she was on her cell phone. I doubt a move to a new location for this office will help.....Edgar G.

I have used this location several times in the past 3 weeks and have had no problems, but today when I returned the Auto Transport trailer AT1051 I pulled into the only area available to accommodate my SUV and trailer. At this location there is not a specific pickup/return area, and the lot is extremely small. The young man that tried to help me unhook the trailer asked me to drive around the block and pull into a dirt field so he could unhook the trailer there. I told him â€œno, it is not my job to stage your units, but I will back up and park it in that space there or under the tree over there, I will not drive around the block and fight the Rosedale Hwy. trafficâ€. He stood there and did not attempt to unhook the trailer. In the meantime, my wife came out of the office with the other attendant. She asked him why he was unhooking it here. (in the past I have always unloaded my rentals in the same spot, again there is no designated pickup and return area). They both walked into the office and left me to unhook the trailer. I hurt my shoulder in the process. I was not happy at all with the customer service I received from this location.ROBERTA S.

Unprofessional. Inept. No customer service skills at all. Equipment I reserved was not ready or available. I had to drive 4 miles out of my way to get an appliance dolly and was charged for said mileage. Agent gave me the wrong key and I was outside trying the key in different trucks for over 10 mins and he didn't put the correct gas marker on the paperwork. They tried to charge me a fee for not putting gas when I showed the receipt that I put over three gallons, I only drove 14 miles. Completely and totally unsatisfactory experience beginning to end. Never will rent from U-Haul again.Daniel L.
Horrible customer service. Called uhaul two weeks before our trip to make a reservation and was given the wrong price. The store supervisor called back two days before we were leaving and said the first person messed up our reservation. First reservation we were told would be $136.00 per DAY 2 days before our trip we were told it would be over $3,000... Huge difference. That's why I called in advance so we could plan. I also booked the uhaul for 8 AM pick up, was not ready until 9:30(after I complained) I also asked for two floor Dolly's and one regular dolly. They only had one floor dolly at the store and my husband had to go to a different location for another dolly. It was a complete disaster.ALISA R.

When I walked in, the Customer Service Rep was looking at the computer, which I understand, however it became very uncomfortable because she didn't acknowledge me at all. Once it became uncomfortable, I decided to count down from 10 to zero before I left.,, I made it to two before she finally said any thing to me. I won't use this U Haul again.Brenda W.
We only requested a dozen furniture blankets. The worker gave us extra blankets (unknowingly to me), so we were charged for the extra blankets we neither needed nor used upon return.Jennifer B.
The two african-American females that worked Saturday morning during my pick up are very unprofessional and have no customer service skills what so ever. When they speak to you they talk as if they hate their jobs. No smiles or welcome greetings. Poor dress attire they both looked as if they rolled out of bed. Drinking starbucks coffee as they attend to customers. When I came back for drop off same aditude was repeated. Please give these girls proper training. The facility is not easy accessible from the road. Very tiny. Truck was not clean, oil engine light was on. There was a tear in the siding which made your foot get stuck when trying to hit the gas peddle, kind of dangerous. Overall, we were able to get what we needed to do done.Rachel N.

Your customer service was outstanding. The facility, which you asked about was not clean, no AC, and only a stained, small wooden chair to sit on. No other place to sit. The young lady did a great job with our reservation and was very helpful and friendly. Your survey is very general. That could be improved as well as your facility.SHERI W.
The 27 foot truck was old and functioned poorly. It had 186,000 miles and felt it. The suspension was bad and road work to the highway made it nearly undriveable. The vibration was so bad the sun visors would not stay in position and a side mirror had to be tightened down after nearly falling off. Between 35 and 40 mph it shuddered as the transmission slipped. The seats had tears and it lost speed on hills.terry W.

No one was in the office to attend me I was calling out no one answered, waited about 5 minutes before someone should up on the area i was waiting. I had called the rental office to let them know I was running late, person left me on hold for a long time, I hung up the phone couldn't wait any longer, I was unloading trick. I was 35 minutes late and charged for a full day for truck and dolly. We used.sonia G.
Mileage verification I should have check my mileage when I rented when I got back I was charged for 180 miles when I only moved in town and made only 2 trips at around 18 miles one way no way I even went over 100 and it only took me 20 bucks in gas to put the gas I used back in it!Lance C.

I rent for this location 3 years ago. And it was while in the wall dingy and looks almost abandoned from the street. I was pleasantly surprised how much better it looks now. Staff was friendly and nice. Everyone was busy cleaning and stocking the trucks. I was in and out when I picked up and dropped off the truck.JASON B.
