This was actually a fix to my original drop off location that had been listed as operational, but when I arrived they turned us away. Not a reflection on this location at all! But since it was after-hours for this particular spot (the other was not) I can't really speak to their service. The U-haul customer service woman on the phone who helped me find an alternate drop off was extremely helpful and friendly though!Dawn G.

Mobile pick is very bad. Needs improvement! I rented the truck a day prior to the pick up. The online website stated â€œThank you! â€œ and all nice stuff but never asked for Driver license and Insurance! Which was a bit weird!!! The day of pick up (very next day) is so bad that I almost cancelled the reservation. Because I logged in and it didn't promote me or ask me for anything and it didn't work, didn't give me box code, did nothing! As if I have no reservation. I called and waited for 19 minutes then the representative told me to go to a different location. The associate at that location told me that I will get a message in five minutes and I should go back to the first location but never received a message!!! My recommendation: When your website see that a costumer is serious and put tons of information, it should finalize the process by asking at least for insurance and driver's license so he/she doesn't have to go through taking photos of insurance and licenses in a very busy environment!!!!! I doubt that I will rent again but may be I will try and see if the process improved.Muhammad A.

This was absolutely the worst customer service experience that I've ever had! It took me and hour and a half to get access to the truck which had been reserved for nearly a month! The truck contained none of the additional items which I requested and paid for! I will absolutely never use U-Haul again and I will certainly discourage family and friends from utilizing this company as well!Amahl F.
I didn't realize this was a mechanic auto shop. They guy who helped me was funny. I wish I got his name. Because it is a garage, it's not clean but the experience was great.Dawn K.

We return 1 day early the place was close on a Monday uhaul should do better about the return. And I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. And still there was a extra charge.Jacqueline R.

The only problem that I had was that I reserved furniture pads and there were none in the truck. I phoned customer service and the fee for the pads was removed from my reservation immediately. Great service!Carole S.

they were not open on Saturday so the rental drop off sat over the weekend in a non secure location until they could get in to check it in. the back of the location where they stored cars was the only lot they had... kind of sketchycarabeth F.

Not the locations fault but the previous driver of the vehicle smoked in the cab. I don't smoke and am very sensitive to the smell. Besides that the truck was almost brand new!Matthew S.

A different location contacted me and asked if I could pick the unit up at Rosedale and I agreed. Only issue was that they did not have a dolly at this location to rent to me. Not the fault of this location. They were very nice, and accommodating. Would use them again and refer them.melissa K.
I liked the part that there were no hidden fees. Maybe the company coukd install a secure ststem that wouls secuer items in the van area such as straps that reaches fron side to side to keep cargo snug and tight. this may prevent items from shifting as you drive.DELROY T.
