Full of potholes, giant puddles. They put the wrong key for our truck in the lockbox . . .and we had to use another truck that was different from our reservation---it added another 20 minutes and a phone call to our pickup time.

Sign in the window said not staffed for over a week. There were blankets in the truck. I didn't need use them. The app didn't work well. I had to call support 3 times. 1) didn't know about the two phone number/person rule. 2) app froze and I could not check in. 3) once I checked in, the code to get the key was available for only one sec and disappeared.

There was no one to help me so I had to call the customer service to get help and I have to do a drop off by the website. Plus this place over charge by saying that I don't have full tank when I filled it up to the line where it was suppose be when I first pick up my truck. I would never use u-haul again if you are not looking at the contract and not taking care of the customer.

For some reason the person in charge of this location decided no to be there when I showed up at the listed time. I had no notification they would not be there. Result was a call to your help line. Me checking out the trailer myself. An 45 minutes of my time wasted. Will not use them again.

Overnight dropoffs are probably typical in this business and I didn't like that I had to wait until banking hours the next day to call and ask for the $20 fee waived because neither your app or webpage would allow me to do the return. Seems pretty cheap to charge $20 extra just to return after hours when someone is moving to a new city and has a lot of work to do.

Absolutely horrible. I had originally reserved a 24/7 pickup for a box truck on a Sunday, my only day to move my mom's apartment since she is terminally ill in the hospital, to come to find out that truck wasn't available for pickup unless the business where they were at was open. I sat on hold for 30+ minutes before someone could even find me a solution. Then the person kept hanging up on me multiple times to call me back. Only to find me a small tiny pickup truck that I had to drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction to go pick up. And then had to pay them more money because I had to make multiple trips and rack up more miles cause they only had a small pickup truck. I was so frustrated to the point of tears. Never again.

Business had hours of operation posted, which we were returning inside of- -however they were not available. HAD to download the app just to return my trailer. Not right to assume all of your clients have a smart phone.

My rating was affected by the extended wait for my truck. And is only related to this facility. The manager from another town had to come to release the truck and trailer to me. I was very grateful that he went above and beyond to get the equipment rented to me. Apparently there was an emergent with the owner of roots landscape. I’m not under the impression that the wait I had was one that happens frequently.

Very poor. Rig was empty on fuel. I was told I would be charged $121 and given a $30 credit if I returned the truck above 1/4 which I did. Yet I recieved no credit and was overcharged for my rental at $167. I would not rate this a good service or a trustworthy place. I am very frustrated. Don’t like being lied to or taken advantage of. I will continue to ask for my credit. Uhaul shouldn’t stand for this bad customer service.

My experience was fabulous. Cori was out sick, but field manager Kevin took all the time necessary to ensure I had the proper equipment for the job. When I returned the rig (after hours), I left my wallet inside - Cori called me first thing the next morning to assure me it was safe and let me know when I could retrieve it. Great experience, will be using this location exclusively from now on!

Booked a rental where I can talk to a person face-to-face to check out a truck for a house move, weeks in advance. The night before, U-Haul changes my rental to one requiring a cell phone to pick up the truck and no human interaction. Upon arrival, my truck is parked in the middle of a giant puddle and I spend 30 minutes taking pictures of all the damage to the truck and the scavenger hunt to find my keys and get out of there with soaked shoes and socks. The back of the truck was also heavy with sawdust from a previous renter. Upon returning the truck, it takes another 30 minutes to check in the truck with pictures, only this time it is dark out. Days later I noticed I was billed twice. After several calls, I find out that I was charged a second day of rental for the 20-30 minutes it took me to check the truck in when I wanted to deal with a real person and not have to play scavenger hunt for pictures of the odometer, back of the truck, finding the drop box for the key, etc. Three calls later and I think I have the extra charge removed, but this is NOT how you treat your customers. Overall an Immensely frustrating experience.

Arrived within listed operating hours. Office was closed with a note posted to use the 24/7 truck share option. The online checkout worked well. I simply was expecting someone to be there if I arrived during their posted hours. It would have helped to address the following: Truck cab had napkins, a water bottle, hat, and other items from the previous customer. The rear of the truck had debris throughout, the blankets in a heap, and the hand truck was loose. The rear of the truck and particularly the blankets smelled strongly of marijuana. The truck was rented to support a high school marching band so the odor was a bit of an issue with the director and students. Mechanically the truck performed as expected.

The moving blankets were not in the truck but was charged for them. I did not know I needed to put fuel in the truck. I used less than 1/4 tank and was charged $41 for fuel.

Order my truck for Bothell Wa found out truck was at Monroe Wa 30min away. When on arrival no one was there. When I called women told me to go to uhaul .com and the hung up with not telling anything else. I was there for over a hour attempted to get check in and get key. Also I believe I was charge twice. Without my permission.

I returned the trailer during advertised business hours but no-one was there. I called the phone number and the business representative, at home, said they were not working that day and instructed me to just leave the trailer in the lot. She was friendly and professional but I won't recommend a business that isn't open during advertised hours.

I’ve rented from Corey three times now; when I first moved to Monroe and two other home projects. She has been amazing every time. My first time renting a trailer I did not know I needed a converter to hook up electrical; she let me borrow her grandpa’s! Corey is very easy to work with and I look forward to renting from her again.

I returned the truck 2days before it was suppose to be back and I still got charged for those extra days. Also I got charged 11.95 for gas. Why don't u take it out of the money that I gave for the extra days and then return the rest.

There needs to be clear instructions for the eye/reaction test for self dispatch. Also when it asked for purple I had to hit pink to make the system move to the next color. The uhaul persons i talked with on the phone to solve this problem were very helpful. I was also charged for the rental at the Woodinville location, but the last customer did not return the truck I was to use. I had to drive to Monroe to get the only other truck that was available. This truck was smaller and did not meet my needs where the bigger truck I wanted to rent would have. I know the truck should have been there and it was not uhaul fault, but it has made this move much harder. Please contact me or refund the money from the Woodinville location.

This location is hard to find. The UHaul rep was great, the back of the truck had not been swept out and the cab was muddy. The after hours drop-off was awkward as there was no direction where to park the truck. This was not an unpleasant experience, but definitely might've been smoother.

On one hand, Cori was excellent on getting me setup with the trailer. On the other hand, the trailer was beat up and the ramp actually slid out on the freeway because the spring clamp wasn’t tight. I would probably rent again just disappointed

The wrong no key was put into the lock box when I picked up causing me to have to wait for customer service on hold, then wait on hold while the contacted the manager and then wait while she got there. The staff at the location were very helpful and nice.. however the run around and delay getting the truck weren’t fun in the freezing weather. Upon returning the truck, the online return would not allow the mileage to be entered prompting yet another call to customer service who then placed me on yet another long hold only to hear that they couldn’t help me but I would hear from someone in 3 business days... 3! Uhm!? No. I later called the location once they were open to ensure my truck was successfully returned and see about any compensation that could be provided as I was very disappointed in the service. The manager although very nice informed me that she was not able to help with any compensation and I would have to go through her “AFT**” which coincidentally is the same gentleman my hubby cussed at for calling his phone when it came up as “scam likely” on his phone because he gets on average 5 a day. ?? I just feel that for less money, I could have driven elsewhere and gotten a truck for less with less hassle. :-(

I was rented a 10' truck, all was good until I needed to get some gas knowing mileage could get higher to do what I needed. While pumping gas in when I heard sounds of fluid hitting pavement, it was gas leaking from hose connecting to the fuel tank with a large opening releasing fuel onto pavements. I knew it was best to get back to uhaul location. That situation could have been avoided so that I might have completed more, thanks for any interest towards my experience.

The staff there (I wish I remembered her name) she was great. I was nervous about renting a uhaul again after an experience years ago. This whole transaction was great. She was very kind and made me and my friend laugh. I'm definitely renting from here again, specifically the Monroe location!
