The truck was 4 quarts low on oil. I only drove 1 block before the oil light came on. I returned to the pick-up location and it took over 30 minutes to get oil delivered so I could use the truck. The staff indicated that this was the fault of the corporate office that had dropped the truck off the day before. The truck was also not cleaned before my rental. Soda had spilled on the console and cupholders so everything was sticky. The windows were filthy and hard to see through. I also dislike the practice of including a dolly and moving pads in the truck. These take up valuable space and should not be included.Brian Z.

There were two areas of damage when I picked up the truck. Drivers side mirror was cracked, and side railing wood inside cargo bay was damages. This damage was all cosmetic so it didn't affect my ability to move.Theresa F.

The guy who checks you in is good at his job. The tools he needs are out of date and slow. So have some time to spare. The truck was not swept and some of the places where you touch a lot ware really sticky like pop sticky. really ew!.. The mobil access pick up was not working and I couldn't figure out how to do the return either. Ive rented here before and probs will again because the location is the closest. But The mobil thing really needs work (not everyone wants to download an app) All that said... yes Ill be back and yes I will say thats where I went. Probs will suggest to bring along some wipes.Eve S.

I made the reservation for the Dayton Mall area but had to drive to Fairborn to get the trailer. If you can't fulfill the reservation, you should not make it. The guy at Roosters was very good but I should not have had to drive there in the first place.Robert T.

Auto place allowed smoking in the buildings, staff wore no mask during mandate, truck was filthy. I found food trash behind the seats. There were tweezers in the cup holder. I have not received an invoice for my charges.Jamie S.

I went to pick up a truck I made a reservation for and when I got there early in the morning, there were already SIX people ahead of me with only ONE worker! Although there were some hiccups in getting the truck, I HAVE to give praise to the worker for handle things in a professional manner. He was running back and forth and helping multiple people at once, all while remaining calm and very friendly! He didn't break once! THAT is how a business is ran! You just don't find people like that too often, and it was very refreshing to know there's still good business practices out there. This location has always been good to me and my family. You really should audit your vendors and make sure they're not throwing out political beleifs on your customers. It's very unprofessional to tell your customers "no need" to wear their mask because "who knows what the government is lying about." And the MAGA hat was even more unprofessional.Bryan P.
