Dale M.When we arrived, the first words out of the representatives mouth were "we don't have a 20 foot truck." They did in fact. I had a reservation that garaunteed a truck, and she clearly had no clue what she was doing during the entire process. The only reason I was able to keep my cool is because one of her dogs kept bringing me his toy. Excellent customer service from the dog. Said truck had a hole in the gas line, unbeknownst to us. We discovered it after several gallons leaked out. Pick a different location that's more experienced.
