KELLI M.I dropped the truck off on a Friday just after noon, and I was told that the truck would be checked in that day. I did not realize until after the location closed for the weekend that the truck had not been checked in due to the problem with U-Haul assigning a different drop off location without my knowledge. Plus there was an additional charge of $9 that they could not explain. I am assuming this was the charge for dropping the truck at a different location than was assigned by U-Haul WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.

Schach V.Roof had a small hole and leaked water on me the WHOLE day. was given an estimate for the total Miles and I gave him a overage of the miles done with the trip and actually went under the amount of miles I gave him and I still payed 60 more dollars than was told. Really sucked having to drive with water being leaked on
