No hard sell on all the extra materials and insurances I didn't need
John HDrop the truck at 11:00 and was checked as returned at 3:16pm which lead to additional charge for late drop off. I had to call Uhaul to get the charges removed. Would not return to this location again.

Joseph BEveryone was great, very friendly, My only concern was the link to return the truck wasn’t working. I’ve used it before and remember how to follow the instructions, but no matter how many times I clicked the link, the page showed up blank. And that resulted in being charged the fee to have the staff do the check in the next business day. Beyond that, everything went smoothly.
WENDY ENo one helped with unload. Lady did not know anything to help and informed uhaul person was not in today. Whole experience was horrible
