Was supposed to pick up in Loves Park but due to your scheduling mistake I had to drive 45 minutes north to get the truck.

I had issues with renting a 15' truck from the beginning. First, we were running late to pick up or reserved truck in South Beloit/Beloit area so we called to inform someone was on hold for 15 minutes told that person we were running late she said she would note it. Then we receive a call stating our never showed up so now we have to go Janesville. Get to Janesville they don't have a truck for us because no let them know we're running late so they gave it away. So they sent us to Roman's Fuels. There was only two people there running the place, they were having to stop registering a 10' truck to wait on gas or liquor customers. Then they were having issues with their tablets and internet. It took them almost an hour maybe more to give us paper work and truck. A reservation should be a reservation especially when we are traveling 4 hours to IL from Rhinelander WI to empty our uhaul storage unit in Roscoe IL. Plus there should be direct phone number to the place of pick up/drop off so if any issues arriving can be relayed directly.

The truck smelled and the fuel station was in horrible disarray! The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I was so worried for my safety as well! Thank goodness I had a gentleman alongside of me. I am going to cancel my credit card because I'm afraid the workers might steal my money! Do not recommend this awful dump to anybody!

Pretty straightforward transaction. The employee at Roman's helped get it all hooked up, was overall helpful and got me taken care of.

Location was excellent, counter person was extremely helpful and diligent in her desire to do whatever it took to get me into my rental, in spite of her U-Haul back up ignoring her repeated phone calls!! U-Haul on the other hand SUCKS. Your online registration/ pickup system is the worst I have EVER had the misfortune to use. Your call center did not even know the location was open and I was standing in the building when I called. I talked to three different persons and not one of them could explain why my reservation dates and times kept changing in the system as we talked on the phone. Or why I had to log onto a non-existent account (I never setup). Then, after trying to set up an account online with the customer service representative on the phone with me, the online system told me I already had an account and asked for a confirmation number. When I entered the code, the system told me the account did not exist. The store personal finally after 2.5 hours of waiting managed to get the U haul system to process the reservation that I had a confirmation number for. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL ONLINE SYSTEM TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN TO ME!!!! You should reimburse me for the 2.5 hours of wasted time, being late picking up the items I had originally rented the truck to get. TOTAL CLUSTERF@#$ except for the location personal and their commitment to get me the rental I had reserved.
