I wish I had been told that if I had stated that I was renting the truck for 24 hours, I wouldn’t have been charged for two days rental.
Danny AI set up my rental for 4:30, why was myself and the account holder being bombarded with phone calls at 3 o clock to set up our license and pick up the truck? I don’t understand why he was trying to force me to pickup the truck almost 2 hours before I scheduled that I was able to. This is the second bad experience I have had with this gentleman at this location. The business hours indicated he was open until 10 pm the night of the rental.
Joseph SThey gave me a truck that had no gas, and forced me to fill the tank at the gas station associated with the pick up location. It felt like a scam to get more money out of me. Told me I HAD to buy 32 dollars worth of gas, proceeded to fill nearly 34, and then tried to convince me to buy 15 more.

Tyree BYou shouldn't send another customer Roman Petroleum Conoco. I made a point of going there the day before my pick up date to verify which of my hitches I should use. I also discussed the time, and the owner told me that he would be leaving around 2:00 or 3:00pm, but I could come early and it would not affect my drop off time. I got there around noon and he wasn't there, His employee was a one man show taking care of pumping gas and also handling the inside convenience store. He got the owner on the phone, and I talked to him. He said he was leaving then and would be there in 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, I hooked the trailer up. About 40 minutes passed and he didn't show. I called and he said he was just leaving. After about 20 minutes, he still hadn't shown up, so I unhooked everything and was preparing to leave without the trailer. He showed up before I could leave. I re-hooked up the trailer to complete the paperwork. He gave me the paperwork, and I went on my way after wasting 75 minutes two days before Christmas. The day after I got to my destination in Massachusetts, I took the trailer to the place indicated on my original order only to learn that the guy in Woodbury Heights had a different drop off point so I had to add another 20 miles of travel. Then, I looked over the paperwork and realized that the Woodbury Heights dealer rolled on the protection coverage that I had declined when ordering the trailer. A TOTAL FIASCO! The good news was that U-Haul made good on it, and they were very helpful from the start to the finish; I give them an Excellent rating.

Robert KI was trying to rent a cargo van. They had none. I tried to rent a 10 ft truck they had none. I ended up having to rent a 15 ft truck. It was very expensive and the cost of gas was ridiculous. So this ended up being a very negative experience.

Asked the attendant to assist and he said the owner was out until Monday and he didn’t know how to use the system. So, if the app didn’t work we couldn’t get the truck. Would never recommend this location to anyone!

Andrea WI arranged for my rental trailer at U-Haul of Deptford where I always get my trailers. My pickup location was changed at the last minute to Roman Petroleum Conoco. I had my printout showing my rental reservation with "no insurance" selected but I was charged $8.00 for insurance anyway. When I told them they I didn't want the insurance coverage and showed the my reservation paperwork that I had printed out, they said that if I wanted a credit I would have to call U-Haul Corporate. I had to call U-Haul Corporate twice to get my $8.00 credit. I am not happy with the way that I was treated and I shouldn't have to make phone calls to chase after my credit!

Joseph BI was charged for insurance I did not want ($14.99) nor did I request. I was charged for 20 miles exactly. I told the guy I was going only 10 miles round trip. I dont think the odometer was read. The gas was on the same line when It was returned and I was charged $8.50 for gas.
DEBRA RI did not appreciate how I was treated when dropping off the rental van. Upon arriving I greeted the attendant. He did not greet me. He just questioned me about a small ding in the bumper, which I did not cause. I took a picture, as I do not being accused of causing damage that I did not cause. This is the Conoco location at 438 Glassboro Road in Woodbury Heights. Watch out!

Warnakulasuriya FTruck didnt look like the pictures, had graffiti on the side. Opened the door and it smelled of cigarettes and musk. Raw wrappers left under the seats. When i went to drop off the truck, i came to the gas pump to fill it up back to the correct level. The guy kept telling me to get out and "I got it. You good." As i was asking how much do you think it would need, he told me 25$. Gave him 25$ but was still charged the fuel fee. But finally after getting all my belonging out the vehicle, i gave him the key so I can do the online check out and he told me not to worry about it and the link went dead for me to continue online i was currently in the middle of.
