another strange location with a guy sitting inside who didn't say anyting to me for a while, even though I kept saying hello. but he did have 2 cute little dogs who welcomed me, so that was good. eventually he said "I'll be with you in a minute". then came out to unhitch the trailer. I guess he didn't have a trailer jack, so he and I and my girlfriend had to lift it off the hitch. but he was nice, so better than the guy at the pick up location

Eric STruck cab and bed had debris all in it. I had to clean the truck myself. The cab also had a terrible smoking odor that even after cleaning cab it still smelled bad. This as a whole is poor service.

MIZEAL ROwner was very rude and acted like his store being a drop off location was an inconvenience. Was immediately rude to me and my 7 year old son as soon as we walked through the door and refused to give us our deposit back. I recommend that this location be removed as a uhaul location. I wouldn’t want anyone dealing with that older gentleman as he was not afraid to be rude to a child as well. Horrible experience with Ro-Jo market. Would never go back to that place again

jesus gI was scheduled to drop the trailer at Snocup uhaul in Robstown, but they were closed when I got there at 10:00am and their voice mailbox was full so I called Rojos and they said to come right over. Rojos was very professional and snocup was very inconvenient

Thomas RDid an after hours drop off because the 5:00 closing time is not convenient for normal working folks. This made it difficult to take the required photos for the after hours return.

John MUhaul needs to provide jacks to lift trailer for the hitch. Very heavy and a pain to lift up to attach and detach.

lisa rWhen doing mobile check in and showing the lady that worked there she wouldn’t give me the key. And it has happened every time i have rented here or family has rented here but it is our only option because the location is close to our home and we use a uhaul frequently for business moving purposes. Please let the store know to know how mobile check in works and i have to make sure i arrive extra early in order to get my keys because apparently she has to check their system before she can hand over the keys . Also she states their system is slow sometimes having me wait 30 minutes .

Shawn LWhen a customer can schedule several days in advance, U-Haul should be able to arrange to have that equipment available at the desires location. I tried to schedule several days in advance to rent a 5x8 utility trailer; however, I was told even if I wanted a week, I would likely have to drive about 20 miles to pick up the trailer I wanted. Then, I stead of letting me drop it off at the nearest U-Haul, I would have to take it back to pick up location. I know this is not the neighborhood dealer's fault, this is a U-Haul problem.

Lorenzo HHorrible experience. I went to drop my trailer it was the 12X6 so pretty heavy since they don't have a jack on them. It was raining hard and I went inside. The guy that was behind the counter was talking to what look like to be a friend and said stick it in any hole. I asked if I could drop it under the covered area and he said no that would require him to move it and those trailers are heavy. He is correct the trailers are heavy no help what so ever unhitching the trailer with a 250llb tongue weight. I will not be renting trailers from U-Haul again. They sent me reservations to the wrong place at pick up as well had to drive 40 miles across town to pick a trailer up.
Barry BCell service was poor and I could not get the check in completed on the web asked store owner for help he refused was even mad I walked in his store to inquire since I had chosen 24/7 when I returned it and parked it same place as time he came out and made me move the truck to another location after I had already closed out my return He was being a bad sport since Zi used the 24/7 I guess he doesn’t get paid if not using store for p/u
Mona BHave more furniture blankets for rent. I was told by Corpus Christi UHaul on South Padre Island Drive that they had no blankets to rent, and that I would have to buy blankets if I needed them. When I told them to cancel my rental, they suddenly found 108 blankets for me at another office.
lee jSuper disappointed in the way i was treated at this place. You would think out in a rural area they would be friendly. I had to turn my truck in a day early because i have to work the day its scheduled to be in and took it to the place i was supposed to drop it, but for some reason the return location had been changed. Anyways the guy gave me an exceptionally hard time about everything. All in all it was a horrible experience and im usually not one to complain but i had to. The best part of the experience was his 2 dogs.

Marc Mi only used 1/4 of gas n was going to put in 3 gallons 9$ and she filled it up herself 20$ she said she was the cheapest to come out gas there well she was at 299 wher 1 mile away they were 288

I understand equipment shortages when booking last min, but a month in advance they should've had my requested equipment available!!!
