I can't think of anything at this time. Ashton and the young lady who helped my wife and I were professional, flexible and understanding when we had to extend our rental time due to us moving ourselves. The equipment was in great condition and clean. I'll definitely be using their services in the future, thanks guys!TIMOTHY W.

The location was average, but the vehicle was unlocked. I would have felt better if the cab had been locked at the unmanned rental location. I was grateful that this location allowed after hours pick-up as it was difficult to find a location open on the weekend in this area.Jenniffer G.
When I ordered the U-Haul truck and tow dolly I ordered it to be picked up at the same location when it came time to pick it up my daughter was told she would have to go to a different location to pick up the tow dolly I had to make a call so they could arrange it where she could pick both the truck and the tow dolly up at the same location I feel like this was a great inconvenience to the customer I'm very unprofessionalVickie T.

Truck had ants in there. Also had food on the floor and seats were dirty. Dead bug in the cup holder. Dog hair in the seats and on floor. I myself had to clean the truck to be able to feel comfortable driving. Key box had spider web in it. Very very poor customer service.Sherry P.
The Rogers Appliances location is my first pick if given an option. Always had a positive experience with them. Can't say the same about other Uhaul locations in Sumter SCJOEL H.

The only issue that I haveâ€¦..is that I asked for furniture pads, one furniture dolly and two utility dolly's. I received the furniture pads but they only had ONE utility dolly. I was charged for all three dolly's even though I was told that I would only be charged for the one utility dolly. I was told this once in person the morning I picked up the truck, and I was told once again over the phone after I dropped off the truck and called Rogers Appliances.Tyra D.

When I called to inquire about the insurance the guy I spoke to was very rude. I was supposed to have a revised change for the insurance but haven't seen a credit on my card yet .Devin H.

The site did not have the truck length I reserved but did call during the week to let me know. The gas tank was so low the 'low fuel' light went on as I was leaving the parking lot.STEPHEN M.
I would not change one thing. The service was great. They accommodate my needs on a short notice. Rogers is great. I forgot to ask if they give Military discount or Senior discount orAARP discount. I paid for a dolly and didn't get one then was told i should have checked the truck before leaving with it. Not that it would have mattered because when i called about not having one, no one answered that phone. Called the next morning and was told to call uhaul. Other wise everything was great.Tiera S.

Very friendly and professional. Easy in and wasy out. Great experience ( except for the actual load and unload) That wore me out!! If you have to move, use this location! Always get a bigger truck than you think you will need. If you think a 20' will safice, get the 26', you'll be glad you did.Amy S.

Your customer service representative, took it upon his self to add what ever insurance he wanted without asking me,and didn't tell me how much my bill was until I asked . I wouldn't never rent anything from this place again,it was a last minute decision.I own a auto transport company PrimeTime hauling and I have a million dollars insurance so it was money wasted.MICHAEL B.
I reserved the truck online and asked to pick it up during business hours, at 5:30pm. Got a call around 4:00pm asking me if I could come earlier. I could not, due to my work schedule. No one was at the location when i picked up the truck, so the guy gave me instructions over the phone. I got in the truck and left, looked down and was on complete empty. I was afraid I wouldn't make it to a gas station. I called the guy back to ask why he would send me off in a truck with ZERO gas and he lectured me that â€œsome things in life you have to do for yourself.â€ Thank you, Captain Obvious, I'm renting a U Haul so I understand the concept of doing things for myself. I was then emailed a rental agreement saying I received 1/4 tank of gas. I emailed a complaint to UHaul and have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. Truck was clean and in good condition, and it drove well. Customer service was poor.KRISTI C.

Be open during regular working hours. It was 3;00 PM and the place was locked up tight. No one around to receive my trailer and hand trucks. I did get a receipt yesterday showing that I had returned everything in good order, but it was a bit unnerving just leaving the trailer with the hand trucks inside and unlocked.Richard S.
