Uhaul service is a misnomer. From calling and requesting and several times trying to reserve a date and time we never could assure the truck to be ours and have our helpers know a direct time. This started with the Mankato MN place and when we had to drive 40 miles to get a truck in Winnabago they couldn't figure out the computer program and we stood 1 hr and 15 min while the truck was idling before we could leave.
